I’m no fan of Madonna, but I would think that it would take some courage for a woman to behave immodestly in a Muslim country. Some cleric might issue a fatwa for her assassination.
I was writing my post as you were posting, and hadn’t read yours. You’re right that Madonna hasn’t been as blasphemous toward Islam as toward Christianity, but to do what she did in Turkey does defy Islam, and is more than most persons would dare to do.
To me it looks like she smells. Bad.
Madonna’s last CD bombed as did Lady GaGa’s. Neither have any real musical talent and have to rely on sleaze and shock at their concerts to get people to attend rather than have them come to appreciate their music. Both Madonna and Lady GaGa will continue their spiral to the gutter. A flashed nipple or bare behind will quickly lose their novelty and they will have to move further down in depravity to attract audiences. Eventually their concerts will be little more than peep shows and overt sex acts with little no music.
A flashed Madonna nipple would appeal only to men 80 yrs & older in the first place.
The trick for her is getting them to buy tickets to her shows.
For most of Madonna’s remaining fans, it’s probably the first time they’ve seen a woman’s bare breast.

She has a lot of Satanic worship nonsense in her acts. She’s disgusting - not shocking. It’s no shock to see American entertainers act like classless scum of the earth. It’s embarassing, actually. A lot of foreign people in the world think they are representive of Americans. Really, I think that crowd has done enough to corrupt and undermine our country now.
I saw her once, in a Los Feliz drugstore, with one of her than infant children. With an off-white rag on her head she seemed then as any other mortal, so intent on obtaining yet a commoner’s advise on hair dye. This paragon of minor virtue....
