So far the effort to staff the supreme court with women seems to be producing nothing but total disregard for the constitution. Is there a woman on the bench in this country who actually understands what this country is supposed to be?

My thoughts too. It’s subtle, but she would not have spoken if it were going to be ruled OK — her way.
I think Sotamayer and Kagan will both vote against Obamacare. Party loyalty is not a necessity in a job for life. That is the precise reason WHY the “life” term was created.
i am suprised there were no body language experts disecting her coments and appearance.
The really good ones can realy really do a good job in determining what is really going on.
Good reasoning for 8-1! I hope & pray you’re right. I still think it will be a miracle if it is shot down 6-3, but I very much hope & pray that at least it gets shot down 5-4. Anything more than that will be a miracle IMO.
