If SCOTUS rules the way I think they will, its full speed ahead AZ & the ACLU can go p*ss up a rope.

Boy is it ever time. This is another great turning point in our history and I cannot wait for some real “hope and change!”

Since this new push is for primarily “latino” illegals, Blacks will have to fight harder to find jobs.

I hope the wise and just ACLU lawyer doesn’t get pulled over for speeding by one of the claimed “Rogue cops” of the article and have them discover a kilo of coke and the keys to a mexican coyote’s drop house.

I’d feel real busted up id that happened. Terribly.

Please use the correct title when you post an article so the search function will find it. It helps prevent duplicates.

Somehow I don't think the ACLU will put its back into fighting this battle. Can't make the big bucks doing pro bono work for destitute day laborers.

More profit representing gays & established racial grievance groups.

Blacks will have to fight harder to find jobs.

They marginalized themselves with their blind loyalty to the Democrats. And in particular, their loyalty to "skin color first" renders them completely irrelevant to the reelection campaign.

I think you’re probably right. I look at the Walker battle as what will probably happen. Lose, noise and abandonment.

...and once the Supreme Court upholds SB1070, we here in Texas can FINALLY start enforcing our own ILLEGAL Immigration laws.

...hmmmm....

Never mind. We have Governor Perry, there are no laws being passed here to do anything about Illegals...we lose.

Maybe it’s (past) time for the ACLU to partner up with the NRA to support the 2nd Amendment.

The ACLU is still too busy supporting NAMBA.

Meetze said there are many people who are in this country legally who might fall into those categories (reasons that would raise an officer's suspicion as to someone's legal status).

Well, if they're in the US legally, they should have little problem establishing that fact with a police officer. That's no reason to delay implementation of the law if upheld. These ACLU types are beyond despicable.

Don’t be suprised that if SB1070 is favorably ruled on by SCOTUS, every state where Republicans have the lower chambers will call their reps back into session to vote on their own immigration laws.

Sure, there can be 1 million illegals. They will just get their votes in in blue states where it won’t mean squat.

I agree. Trying to reach out to an uninformed demographic that has no interest in truth or self-improvement is POINTLESS. Not like they show up to vote anyways...
