This is starting to look like a conspiracy to cover up the murder of two US agents, a large number of Mexicans and maybe some additional Americans by Eric Holder and unidentified White House officials, possibly including Obama. The extension of Executive Privilege to the internal documents of the various Federal Departments is an abomination; unprecedented, extra-legal, morally repugnant, and tyrannical. Such an action should merit a swift rejection by an emergency convening of the SCOTUS.

Every thinking American knows the F&F operation was an abomination. As nothing substantive usually comes of matters where an administration asserts Executive Privilege, all this really does is keep the matter in the news, whereas Boehner was almost ready to cut a deal. In that sense, this is a good thing, both for Brian Terry’s family and for purposes of the election.
