I will be shocked if Boehner doesn’t cave.

Maybe Boehner will get into a crying jag, cave, then give Barry the 'alleged' Bill Frist treatment.

PREDICTION: if you aren't already fed up with hearing this lying misrepresentation-in-unison by the LSM, you soon will be:

"botched"

It’s not just Boehner. Reince Priebus was interviewed on Roe and Roeper (Steve Dahl in for Roeper) on WLS in Chicago yesterday.

He wishes the Congressional Pubblies would back off because he thinks it will take Romney off message (economy, economy, economy).

That’s the real problem. The professional politicos think this is the wrong timing, that the public won’t really grasp how evil F+F was, how Obama is complicit, the comparison to Nixon etc.

He has a point. If we had an honest media, it would doom Obama.

But
we
don’t.

That’s what the politicos are concerned about. Pragmatism over principle. That’s what we are up against.

Of course, we do have Fox. If they hammer it hard enough . . . .

“The House, I think, the House leadership, has to consider now what they will do, so we’ll see how it works out.”

The House DID consider an agreement that holder chose not to fulfill, but instead hid behind executive privilege. His time is up. Poop or get off the pot.

"if Holder felt that the congress didn’t have the right to the documents, he should have asked for executive privelge from the beginning."

Unfortunately for him, executive privilege does not apply. The only one that can invoke executive privilege is the President and the Vice President only if the privilege pertains to correspondence between the President/VP and classified documents that they were involved with.

This is where the kicker is in all this. What did he know and when did he know it? He's protecting is own arse - and if not, he can't invoke EO period.

There's a lot of the Dem base that are angry at Holder for what they think is his overzealous campaign against medical marijuana. They want him gone, but for different reasons. And the 2nd amendment Dems are not happy about this either. His support is shrinking.

I want him indicted for murder. Period.

Not necessarily.

18 USC § 241 - Conspiracy against rights

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or

If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—

They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
