Please post TM’s version of the events that led to GZ killing him and then we can talk about it.

What are you talking about?

Since he can't talk, there is a thing called physical evidence.

Are you suggesting all Zims wounds are somehow fabricated?

Besides the gunshot wound and minor left finger abrasion can you describe all the wounds to Martin?

In fact everything Zim has said, corroborates with the physical evidence and what the witnesses said.

Let's see what ya got.

Take your time here.

You only have GZ's word for when TM first saw the gun.

Actually there is more than that.

It's a thing called physical evidence which appears to be consistent with Zims version of events. Do you have a different version of events, with different physical evidence?

I'd like to hear about it.

People who believe Zimmerman is guilty aren’t looking at the available fact and evidence.

They refuse to. Like my liberal friends who think Zim is guilty, they go out of their way to ignore the available evidence...witnesses, police report, documented injuries, Zimmerman’s statement and the validation of all of the above by each other as a whole.

You know full well that GZ's injuries show nothing but the fact that he can't fight (but sure can scream) and was getting his ass kicked. They prove nothing at all about how the fight started. Plenty of guys start stuff then get beat down because they bit off more than they could chew.

If you have proof about that (how the fight started) then please post it. And, sorry, GZ's own self-serving statements are not proof.

Interestingly, this is often cited by my liberal female friends...lol. It seems now, they are all for “survival of the fittest”, which is rather ironic considering their love of government assistance.

Lets hope Prosecutor Corey with her political agenda uses this as evidence against Zim.

That should be good for some laughs.

Thank you for acknowledging that TM was the assailant, and GZ was screaming for help.

They prove nothing at all about how the fight started.

If you continue hitting someone who is "getting his ass kicked" and screaming for help because he can't fight, as you acknowledge, and you don't stop, then it makes you the assailant.

Plenty of guys start stuff then get beat down because they bit off more than they could chew.

You're obviously referring to Trayvon here, right???

If you have proof about that (how the fight started) then please post it.

No need to -- you just admitted it. A guy who can't fight would certainly not start a fight. But Trayvon had fight club experience.

The injuries of “The Great and Wonderfully Pristine St Trey the Innocent” show that he was a thug who died after receiving a gun shot wound at close range while bashing another man's head against the pavement.

See, we both can play these games! Ain't they fun?

By the way, do you know where I can get a bobble head of St Trey? I'd like to add him to my bobble head saints collection. I think I'll put him right next to St Rachel Corrie of Pancake.

It was a huge mistake for Zimmerman to do this video. Can’t believe his attorney would allow him to do it.

Wrong.

Everything he said and exhibited on the video was consistent with his previous statements. BTW, he didn't "Do" the video. He was asked by LE to accompany him to the scene as a reenactment of the events to the best of his recollection.

In addition, this is routine in a case like this, where they take the victim back to the scene and video him depicting the area and what occurred at the scene.

Only someone with something to hide would not cooperate.

This happens all the time in cases like this, for good reason.

It also gives the prosecution a road map on how to attack his testimony. He should have saved it for the trial.

This was stupid on his part.

You don't know what your talking about. This is routine in cases like this. If you are the victim and have nothing to hide, why would you not cooperate by going back to the scene to show investigators what occurred?

What they *would* use against him in court, is if he refused to cooperate by simply showing what occurred at the scene. Which BTW seems consistent with his previous statements.

BTW, if he didn't cooperate with law enforcement regarding the scene reenactment, how could he possibly, "Save it" for the trial?

One more thing. From my perspective, in the video showing the victim cooperating with LE, Zim appeared very credible, believable and legitimate as he clearly seemed to support his earlier statements regarding the event.

One thing noted in the video, was the victim did not seem to be attempting to embellish his version of events, but calmly told them what occurred in what appeared to be a very credible manner.

It also gives the prosecution a road map on how to attack his testimony.

But with the video out there and since it is consistent with his written statement, he now doesn't have to take the witness stand at all and the prosecution won't have a testimony to attack.

If he doesn’t take the stand, he cannot introduce it at trial. The prosecution can, but they won’t unless it benefits the prosecution. If so, he may be forced to take the stand.

The prosecution would not have asked him to do this if they had a strong case. There is no way this can help Zimmerman, but it could have hurt him.
