Good Gawd! You should have seen the traffic on the 5.

WTH was that? I’m sitting there wondering “how is ot that traffic on both sides is just sitting still? Frickin ridiculous”.

So I type in traffic I 5 and a map magically appears on Google. OMG! looked like it went for 6-8 miles and at the rate we were moving I figure we are going to add 3+ hours to our drive.

Skip that. I break off at the next exit, taking the shoulder to get there. I head 3 miles weather and hang a left. Figure something like 10 miles further north oughta pit me past that BS.

Sure enough I turn back west at 46 and 20 minutes later I’m back on 5

Took only 1 hour longer.
