I’ve read that the IRS not only has access to your bank account activity but they can even “automatically” deduct fees/fines directly from your account.

Experts say ... ? Anyone?

They have the ability to take every last cent.

The dems aren’t going to like the summary dismissal of the Montana case, it was there one chance to get Citizens United reversed. I guess the Supremes showed them they hadn’t been intimidated by Obama’s State of the Union lecture...

The provision that the Court says is not yet preempted is the “check your papers” provision that commands officers to check immigration status.

The Supreme Court overturned the 9ths rejection of the Immigration law, thus affirming it.

seems like the main aspect that got all the attention is ok. The cops can still ask to see your papers and check your status on the spot/.

AZ Law, portion upheld: If person is detained for other reasons (criminal, etc.), the police CAN check immigration status.

The remainder that were not upheld go back to the 9th Circuit.
