The Supreme Court overturned the 9ths rejection of the Immigration law, thus affirming it.

seems like the main aspect that got all the attention is ok. The cops can still ask to see your papers and check your status on the spot/.

CNN says Ariz cant stop illegals from getting jobs, and can’t arrest illegals w/o warrant.

AZ Law, portion upheld: If person is detained for other reasons (criminal, etc.), the police CAN check immigration status.

The remainder that were not upheld go back to the 9th Circuit.
