Just announced on Rush. On the heels of today's SCOTUS decision regarding Arizona's border protection law, Napalitano (Obama) has just notified Arizona that the federal government/ICE/DHS has been ordered not to cooperate with AZ regarding the reporting of illegals stopped in AZ.

Arizona just needs to start arresting them and putting them on a bus back over the border and daring Obama to stop them with force. He is INTENTIONALLY refusing the enforce the laws he took an oath to uphold (impeachable offense BTW). Obama just declared war and Arizona should treat it as such.

Well, that sums up the issue. The feds are refusing to do their jobs, the states are rebelling, 13 so far and now, I predict, many more to follow.
The administration's decision is a classic example of their arrogance, no law constrains them. They rule by fiat.

Yup. and it's just gonna get worse.
The feds are going to interpret this as ... they don't have to enforce immigration laws. not at all.
And you watch the immigration bills in Congress come on fast and furious (no pun intended. I don't have the heart to pun about the govt anymore)

“No Taxation without Border Protection!”
