Rasmussen Reports ^

Posted on 06/26/2012 2:15:25 AM PDT by sunmars

Most voters still want an immigration law like Arizona’s in their own state and hope the U.S. Supreme Court upholds the legality of the Arizona law this week. The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 55% of Likely U.S. Voters would like to see the Supreme Court uphold the law that Arizona adopted to reduce illegal immigration in the state. Just 26% would like to see the high court overturn the law. Nineteen percent (19%) are undecided.

I don’t believe he will (Roberts vote to uphold Obama care) but we will know Thursday.

I hope the continuing actions by this dictator/president will finally show the light to the people who say they won’t vote for Romney, which is, of course, a vote for Obama or at least half a vote if you want to count it that way.

It’s pretty obvious now that Obama would destroy our country in four more years.

The way he’s acting now while facing an election is nothing compared to what he would do if he was assured another term.

There is no way that Romney would not be a thousand times better. I hope people wake up to that.

I don’t know what else Obama could do to warn us ... except maybe enact a mandate to kill all the sons born in the country.

Not half according to his poll ...it’s 26% are against the Arizona law, and 55% support the Arizona law.
The rest are undecided.

- O'Backdoora can still be impeached after he leaves office.....

Something like:

19 Democrats in Congress

15 Republicans in Congress

Were quickly involved in insider trading when the economy came apart.....

- They all belong in prison!

Why did Martha Stewart go to prison?
Yet these members of Congress just walk!

Yeah. Just as there were "positive indications" SB-1070 would be upheld. Remember?

“I don’t understand whats so hard, we have to do everything in our lives legal, why the hell do they get a pass..”

Good people are partly unwilling pawns for other’s pursuits of greed, lust, power, vice and ultimately control.
While some, 10-30%?, sellout for a few peices of silver.

Most people have a sense of fairness and are generally decent. While the “few (increasing in numbers)bad apples” don’t give a crap as long as they get a peice of the pie.

We know we our overall way of life is being purposely altered. “They” have spent us into a hole we may not be able to crawl out of. “They” have intentionally created an entaglement of BARACKeaucracies. They have intentionally made mockery of our laws, our beliefs, and our way of life.
“They” have intentionally tried to provoke some sort of race wars.
And who doesn’t believe if they could they would confiscate our guns?
All this is obviously not in the name of Life, Liberty, or the Pursuit of happiness.
It is in the name of control.
“They” pick and choose what we eat or if we drill or what kind of lightbulb use or car we drive...and on an on.
Because there is no satifying what are a handful of egomanical control freaks.
Are only hope, I have come to not like that word, is we can turn this around. In the meantime its like we are sitting ducks in a row while Team Obama picks us off one by one.
If the people at the top are powerless to do anything about it, I don’t believe they are but some are willing, than what can the little guy do?
Vote for Romney..?..pffft

Lets face it very few people like the idea of rewarding those who cut in line.

They call the children of immigrants who had no choice but to follow their parents innocent, and no doubt they are in that regard. But to allow them to stay is nonetheless to reward and justify their parents illegal behavioral.

The issue however here is whether or not a State can enforce the law. The Federal Employees in black-robes have decided to side with their masters. on this which to be frank is to say only Washington can enforce(or in this case fail to enforce) their own laws.

The way they did this is as Thomas Pointed out disturbing as they stepped upon the rights of our people and their States in doing so.

It was confirmed by SCOTUS Blog yesterday.

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2899079/posts?page=242#242

Thursday for Dimb0care ruling...

Amy Howe:
The Court will sit again on Thursday to announce the rest of the opinions. So there you have it.

10:37 Tom:

From the opinion authorship, health care is almost certainly being written by CJ Roberts, perhaps in part with Justice Kennedy.

That’s a good sign...

For normal people, this would seem to be a self-destructive act. Obviously, if you antagonize enough voters, you won’t be re-elected and, hopefully, all the harm you’ve done will be undone in the first weeks of the new administration.

However, all bets are off with Obama and his posse of clowns as they do not seem to be normal people.

"Nixon couldn't have won. No-one I knew voted for him." - Attributed to Pauline Kael on the night of Nixon's 1972 landslide victory.

Actually, what's afflicting them isn't that abnormal after all. They really believe their we-know-what-the-people-want b.s., and they're part of a mutual admiration society. Put both together and you've got a fertile field for groupthink.

Add to that the chumminess of the GOP-e. Thanks to GOP-e "civility," those people inhabit a bubble world where reality testing is optional. Moreover, calling the real opposition a bad name is so much easier than fact-checking! The latter might upset their tofu-graced stomachs.

It's as simple as that. Thanks to their echo chamber, they likely don't know that they're antagonizing enough people to get them booted out.

Romney really ought to run with this. He needs to step up his game and put obama on the defensive.

Interesting! I scrolled down to your comment just as the commercial ended and Rush started a new subject "Yesterday Romney blew it". And he went on about how he never mentioned Obama vs AZ

*Cue Vinnie Barbarino," I'm so confused."*

Lessee if I got this right. The American government is creating rules and regs for us legals to force us to stay legal and it's harder everyday, but illegals get a pass and them rules and regs don't apply? But Obama can run guns and kill whoever he wants and ...oh my I AM confused.

” Here in northern NJ it is very easy to see how illegal immigrants are much more damaging than any “benefits” of having them here. Our local emergency room has closed due to being forced to provide free care for them; Americans have been shut out of many job sectors, especially construction-related fields and any work previously done by teens. Their anchor babies are in the schools, which has stopped any attempt at filtering out non-legit students in the interests of the teachers’ union (who would rather have anyone in the seats than lose jobs, regardless of whether or not they are part of the tax structure by which our schools are funded).

I think illegal immigration would be a winning issue for the Republicans if they have the testosterone to use it; average Americans of all colors can see that it is killing Americans economically.”

Many of our Republican leaders sold out to the evil “Chamber of Commerce” years ago. The Chamber wants cheap labor. They are quintessential whores!

Now more than ever Americans can see the costs associated with illegal aliens; now extra classes (”bilingual”) have loaded even more parasites on the teachers’ union bandwagon, emergency rooms are closed because of the number of non-paying false names for illegals they treat, and through all that there is no tax revenue generated by either their income or the illegal apartments they inhabit.

The answer to your question is that there is NO DIFFERENCE between the republican party and the dim party as to the America that they wish to build... the only differences are in style and manner.

You are just deluding yourself altura. romney REFUSED to answer whether or not he agreed with the Arizona Immigration law... three times in a row... no comment. When asked last week... if he would reverse obamao’s order not to deport... he also refused to answer. Palin answered correctly without giving it a second thought.

1000 times better??? Where is a shred of evidence of that. romney will be a kinder, gentler killer of our dreams... obamao is more of a bulldozer... but rest assured... they both want the same kind of America. romney wrote obamacare for the little kenyan dictator... I will not be voting for either of these lying "politicians"... and that is the worst term that one can use in America today... especially to describe the evil that both of these men represent... ‘nuff said.

Try Levin's website. I think that they have an archive... or just listen tonight. He talked about it last night I believe... I was not able to listen to his entire show last night but he touched on it. Go read Scalia’s opinion... if roberts was correct according to Scalia... then there is no longer any such thing as a Sovereign State. THAT is a serious problem in robert’s thinking. Scalia is correct!

The DC Elite have based all their plans on a role of the dice that includes

http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/census/2008-04-28-onebillion_N.htm

A population of 1 billion in the USA. Only happens with a flood from the Southern Border. They want the power of 435 “managing” a billion...and they perceive that number as the solution to their fiscal foolishness.

Thanks. Looked on the website, and it looks like I can listen when I get time. Didn’t see transcripts available. Very interested in what he has to say. I have had some serious concerns about Roberts. If he is in fact writing the majority decision with Kennedy it can go either way. Kennedy is like the wind, and Roberts’ decisions come as puzzling at times. The latest being the Arizona immigration decisions.

One can always count on Scalia. He is a rock solid constitutional scholar and judge.
