I never really knew what the term “gobsmacked.” Now that we have been gobsmacked by Roberts, I think I get it.

The people who pay no attention to what's going on are going to be "surprised" to find out that they now have to pay a tax for OC or go to jail, or have their bank accounts raided.

And what are the brothers in the hood going to do when they are hassled to pay up?

Its all adding to maximum chaos...

...this is the kind of shiite that leads to violence and civil war.

.... Mitt Romney needs to get way out in front of this thing and stress to the country that we simply cannot afford this "Affordable Healthcare Act."

He also needs to stress that .... He ... more than anybody else understands how this so called "Affordable Healthcare Act" (Based on RomneyCare) costs will spiral out of control into an abyss of monetary spending that will bankrupt this country. After all, he witnessed the effects and reality of this on his own state. And had he known then what he knows now .... he would not have instituted it in the first place!

Well .... at least that is what I would like Mr. Romney to do and say. He has the advantage of having actual experience on the subject.

I just hope he doesn't squander his unique position in this matter.

It’s the voters, not the SC who should get the “credit” and the voters have a chance to undo it.

No, SCOTUS has guaranteed the largest tax increase in American history. It is a tax which will be paid by any and all working Americans, be they poor or rich, young or old, they all will now pay.

16+ Trillion in debt and counting!

Monumental fiscal mismanagement by our government leaders.

This is our country, they are servants of the people yet act as royalty.

Time for a change.

Let’s drag Romney across the finish line, secure a majority in congress, then we need to work on reforming the two party political system.

These fat cats on both sides of the isle are killing this country.

Time to end the two party stranglehold on this nation and begin a viable conservative/nationalist pro American party!

I wrote about the conservative case for single payer over a week ago.

The conservative/libertarian against it is moot. If the US government can manage a seventh of our nation’s economy and the power to tax it to support social objectives like income redistribution and telling people what to do with their health is constitutional, there’s no conservative argument against the government being the sole health care payor, period.

I predict two things: Obamacare will never be repealed and we’ll get single payer within a decade. That’s where the logic of the Supreme Court decision flows. Conservatives cannot rely on the Court to uphold the Constitution and to protect the individual liberties of the American people. And they’re too chicken to roll back the ever expanding welfare state.

I challenge any one on here to show me my prediction won’t come true. America is royally screwed!

Medicare Part D? Oh wait that was pushed by an “R” so it’s constitutional I guess.
