Hmmm, I didn’t see any option for “I’d like to take a flamethrower to Congress.”

Calling the actual mandate to purchase insurance a “tax” has now replaced Wickard v. Filburn as the most bizare Supreme court opinion in history. I understood that the Stateist were reversing course and trying to argue that the penalty is now a tax, but in their wildest dreams I’m sure they never thought that the court would declare the mandate itself a tax thereby skirting the Commerce clause.

The idea that Roberts could both describe the mandate as unconstitutional and then argue that a law that requires you to purchase a private product from a private company is actually a federal tax and not the mandate that even thouse who drafted the law believed it was, is just twilight zone bizare.

Thank you everyone! This is one poll that the leftist media can’t use to try and sway public opinion.

Another useless poll???

The relevant polls will be cast by employers in the coming days and weeks.

It won’t be pretty.

My reaction is “Obama and Holder must have some FBI dirt on Roberts and threatened to expose it if he didn’t step in line”. This is how the Chicago thugs roll.

In California, no poll would be appropriate without adding a question 4) What’s the health reform law?

One thing that nobody is remembering is Obama’s promise to pro-life Dems like Bart Stupac that Obamacare would not include birth control or abortion.

It would have never passed had he not lied to his own party.

This is also the reason it violates the freedom of religion.

I think someone needs to point that out.

It had been years since I FREEPED a poll. Finally did it again. Felt good, although the question strangely didn’t mention a TAX. From now on the media must be set straight every single time they call it a law instead of a TAX or reform instead of a TAX or a mandate instead of a TAX.

The I.R.S. is now in charge of health insurance. Who saw that coming?
