I had HIGH HOPES that the SCOTUS was going to bring this thing down.

I still cannot believe what happened yesterday!

I sure as HECK do not believe Romney will do a damned thing about it.

Wouldn’t he need a super-majority in Congress to repeal it anyway? And even if he has that, he still won’t do a damned thing.

Maybeeeee, if anything, they’d revise and change a few things about it at the most.

nope as its now a tax, only needs 51 senators not 60.

No, but you'd need cloture for a direct repeal. But even without that, you can defund it, defang it, and of course, Mittens has promised a general waiver as his first act as President.

Which is interesting because it presumes people could retain Bobocare. And some probably will.
