Impeach him, and then dump an impeached Holder et al. on the Senate prior to the August recess. They're defending at least 23 seats this November. Let them deal with the consequences of removing them or not on Election Day! They ran and won with a bunch of moderates and centrists to win the Senate in 2006.
I don’t think holder can run from this forever. One way or another, he will get what’s coming to him.
