Left-Wing Blogs Falsely Attack Romney on Abortion, Stericycle
LifeNews ^

At a time when the pro-life movement is coming together to support Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney over pro-abortion President Barack Obama, left-wing blogs are working overtime to sew seeds of doubt and distrust about the man who converted to the pro-life position on abortion.

Although one of the founders of the modern-day pro-life movement vouches for the authenticity of Romney’s pro-life conversion, left-wing blog Mother Jones hopes to make Romney look duplicitous on abortion by tying him to a company, Stericycle, that has come under fire from pro-life advocates for disposing of medical waste (read: the bodies of unborn children) from abortion clinics.

Romney hasn’t converted to anything. He’s a lying weasel who will say anything to get elected.

Unfortunately, Romney was a pioneer in the field of abortion, who put through the first taxpayer funded abortion program in Massachusetts, with a Planned Parenthood member perpetually on the board of directors. Not to speak of appointment of abortion loving judges.

Now he says he has changed—again. But regretably, we lack any real evidence.

Was it a religious conversion? I doubt whether there have been any changes in Bishop Romney’s religious views. Political convenience? We all know where that leads.

Ronald Reagan changed, but that was in the early days, when people were only beginning to realize what was going on after Roe v. Wade. Romney has no such excuse.

And right after that, how many dead human bodies do you need to haul away like so much trash before we begin to suggest you have no conscience.

Mother Jones, one of the most radical left-wing union connected magazines in the world was cited here recently as a reliable source.

Amazing.

Um...no.

One is too many. But given the choice of one or millions killed by abortion, infanticide and euthanasia, I’ll go with “less”. Thanks.

AARGHHH!! For goodness' sake, the term is SOW seeds of doubt!!!

I may be nit-picking, but when I see such blatant inaccuracy, it drives me NUTS! How are we supposed to convince anyone that our position is the correct one, when we can't even use the English language properly!?

I didn’t know what to make of this Mother Jones article. A friend posted it on my Facebook wall, and I was horrified. I wrote Jim Rob and asked him what should be done, since I wasn’t sure that it was appropriate to post the article here. Now that this LifeNews article is out, I feel a bit better.

Mitt Romney gives pro-family speeches to conservatives but has an actual record of being aggressively pro-abortion both before and especially after his claimed “pro-life” conversion.

Disgusting turd.....I despise him more than you can imagine....What a fraud and idiots want him as our Commander in Chief???? I just wish conservatives would get behind a conservative instead of a liberal JUST ONCE!!!!!
