Pretty much my thinking too.
My late father’s generation (WWII and Korea) and those who went before wouldn’t have put up with this nonsense. Why do we?
Something wicked this way comes.
That said, I rarely pass an opportunity to point out that "never" is a really long time!
If he signs a gun control treaty this month as rumored, then yes, its too late.
Sadly, Romney is barely running, but for feigning to be against what he enthusiastically incubated, in MA, for Obama to take national— healthcare.
Very depressing to see no contrast whatsoever between ours and theirs when it comes to Romney - Obama.
How dare the Establishment ignore conservative campaigns by silence and purse, until machine money crushed them finally.
Dobson said it to Rose Quinn (substituting for Hannity on his radio show).
Rose got pretty exercised over it. Meaning, she blew up. It wasn't Dobson she was mad at; she was mad at the people who are destroying us.
Sit back on your couch, razorback-bert and let the real Patriots do the dirty work. We’ll take care of restoring this Republic.
Besides, it only took 3% to do it the first time.

Because we have no leadership, no organization, and the problems seem unfixable and/or untouchable.
“it only took 3% to do it the first time.”
We must band together and give it everything to get this destructive bozo out.
An editorial in the WSJ today said the same thing about Obama’s imperial presidency. He is seriously usurping the balance of powers with orders and ignoring the law.
The imbedded abuses in Obamacare are truly scary.
Is it already too late?
I think John Adams prophetically answered this question already:
“But a Constitution of Government once changed from Freedom, can never be restored. Liberty once lost is lost forever. When the People once surrender their share in the Legislature, and their Right of defending the Limitations upon the Government, and of resisting every Encroachment upon them, they can never regain it ” John Adams, letter to Abigail, July 1775
We have already arrived at the place where much of the liberty we have lost cannot be regained. The SCOTUS decisions last week nail that coffin shut tight. The right of defending the limitations of Government upon us was lost, and we are not getting that back.
Not by any means without bloodshed according to history, and then - only one time in all recorded annals of man - did the people posses the moral and religious character to assert the liberty that they understood to be a gift from God.
We are no longer those people. And because of such - whatever will come from an instigated confrontation will resemble The Terror in France, than anything we would romantically recognize as a preservation of liberty.
Something that the MarxoFascists are counting and depending on BTW.
If the administration signs the global UN gun elimination treaty — and senate Republicans tear it up and throw it away — this can be the start of *stopping* B Hussein. I don’t dare to expect our heroes to rise up on legs so long unused, but if they do, we can do, and we can win.
This statement is alarmist, defeatist, and presupposes that not a single American will do a damn thing to stop him. If anything, should Obama win re-election, the opposition to his Marxist rule will grow exponentially, overnight.
Expect real rebellion if he returns for a second term. Americans will not stand idle while he attempts to drive the final nails in our coffin.
Hear, hear.
It’s all there, it’s all been talked about in bits and pieces before, but this piece does a very good job of connecting the dots.
I’ve written on other forums about the alarm I feel when I think about how Obama has rolled over Congress. His contempt for the War Powers Act should have raised a heck of a lot more excitement than it did, but that in itself is not that surprising because while they all have pretty much kept within its terms, no administration has ever gone on record as having admitted it’s constitutionality and the Supreme Court has never ruled on it.
What is more frightening is his abuse of recess appointments and his far-reaching and ultimately dictatorial executive orders. And, of course, everything else the author mentions above.
This really is, it. Da Big One. If we lose in November, we will all have to decide whether to knuckle under to leftist dictatorship, or go to the mattress.
You are correct. Something wicked arrived in 2009.
This can be turned around. The Republican slogan for 2012 should be Restore Free Enterprise.
