ASSIGNMENT OF NATIONAL SECURITY AND EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS COMMUNICATIONS FUNCTIONS
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1. Policy. The Federal Government must have the ability to communicate at all times and under all circumstances to carry out its most critical and time sensitive missions. Survivable, resilient, enduring, and effective communications, both domestic and international, are essential to enable the executive branch to communicate within itself and with: the legislative and judicial branches; State, local, territorial, and tribal governments; private sector entities; and the public, allies, and other nations. Such communications must be possible under all circumstances to ensure national security, effectively manage emergencies, and improve national resilience. The views of all levels of government, the private and nonprofit sectors, and the public must inform the development of national security and emergency preparedness (NS/EP) communications policies, programs, and capabilities.

He’s not that dumb. The next EO he’s going to sign bans all US gun makers from making full and semi auto weapons, ammo, and parts. Further, to go to war, we will have to first ask the UN’s permission, then get permission from the enemy country to go to war with them ...

So by what authority in the Constitution can he do this? What Artical gives him this power to abridge speech even in times of non-emergency?

He won’t “lose”. He’ll either (1) cheat to the extreme, or (2) declare martial law in Octoboer and cancel the election. It’ll depend on what the polls show.
Obama is a runaway truck on a steep hill in San Fransisco, it won’t stop until it levels out or something bigger gets in its way.
A LOT of people just cannot understand that Obama is breaking laws by the minute, he grows stronger every day, more bolder, more decisions are becoming more emotional than logical.
His latest actions are retributions in return for a dismal election donor turnout, also the latest news from AZ and dangerous to him revelations about his past coming to light.
He MIGHT cancel HIS election against Romney, but we will have our own with other eligible and arguably more acceptable candidates like Sarah Palin and such.

Lots of similar language, however, BOs is much more exhaustive on the priorities of who gets communications restored in the event of an emergency...puts Homeland Security, Justice,DNI and FCC and yet another new Bureau to “manage” them. Oh, yippee.
Executive orders can be overturned by a Congressional 2/3rds ...
Even Truman had his EO seizing the steel mills struck down by the Supreme Court.

There is a lot of people in our country that do understand this...and want him to do this.

What is the crisis necessitating this EO?
Obama’s pending landslide defeat in November, along with a lot of other rats. Carville’s claim of 40 Years of Democrat Party rule were about as tangible as Hope and Change.
In a FREE AND FAIR ELECTION he is doomed to fail. But with a foreign based company providing the voting systems and software it would be beyond their means to have Obama “manufacture” an outcome where he squeaks by in his re-election bid despite overwhelming popular support against him.
What do you expect the reaction would be (as people in Russia are faced with regarding Putin’s re-election)? Civil disobedience I would expect which then would need to be quelled legally if possible.
