Paul Ryan was on with Mark Levin tonight to discuss how Obamacare would be repealed, and the budgetary process called reconciliation is the game plan. The nice thing about reconciliation is that it cannot be filibustered, but the down side is it only applies to legislation that has a fiscal impact. That’s why Ryan says that we can definitely repeal 85% of Obamacare because that percentage can easily be done via reconciliation. The remaining regulatory portion of Obamacare may still be included in the budget but that will be debated at the time. Even if it can’t be included Ryan says it would just be meaningless statute after the repeal of the rest of it.
But, he says, we must win the Senate or else we don’t stand a chance of repealing it with Harry Reid running the show.

Saw Ryan on TV tonight saying that we must elect Romney to repeal and replace ObamaCare. What the hell? Romney is the FATHER of ObamaCare for crying out loud!! Even if he would repeal it what do you think the statist progressive bastard with replace it with?
Obama should be impeached! Reid and Pelosi expelled!! Roberts and all who upheld ObamaCare impeached!!
ObamaCare should be replace with nothing!! Other than repealing any and all laws and regulations that hinder health care providers.

I have not heard any more from Pam Bondi in Florida ever since she mentioned Romney giving her a job regarding his healthcare plan for the states. I think it caused a lot of push back behind the scenes.
It’s the 15% that is left that bothers me.
Knowing Romney’s Progressive Liberal side, he’s going to put an Individual Mandate in there with penalties at the least just like his RomneyCare.

The federal government has no constitutional authority to meddle in health care or demand that healthcare providers or insurance companies do a thing, mush less demanding that citizens purchase government approved products or anything else!! That would be tyranny!! The founders rebelled over crap like this. The usurping bastards can KMA, every damn one of them!! Ryan is looking up the wrong damned tree again!!
Romney is an idiot, claims that RomneyCare is a “conservative free-market” program. Riiight. And that’s why it takes government force to implement it. DSome free-market. That’s how the leftist progressive statist bastard thinks!!
I’m afraid that will go no where. As long as Harry has a strong hold over the Senate with his dozen or thugs, the Senate would refuse to prosecute any impeachment charges against the British Citizen. Rule: The House prepare letters of impeachment on given set of charges. Then it is passed unto the Senate to prosecute, if a majority vote in Senate is obtained.
No you need to get rid of the entire thing. If you don’t it will spread like a cancer. Lawmakers will add to it like lawyers are right now.
If they passed 100% in reconciliation, then they can repeal 100% in reconciliation. The Ds wouldn’t hesitate to do that for a second. It is the useless Rs who think they are playing field hockey who get tangled up in playing a game of mother-may-I.
Repeal 100% and dare that ass bite Roberts to stand in the way.
