Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr.’s mother, Jacqueline Jackson, told a Rainbow/PUSH conference Friday that her son has suffered years of “enormous disappointment.”

“I’m not ashamed to say ... he thought he was going to be a senator. He thought he was going to have a chance to run for mayor. And young people don’t bounce back from disappointments like me and my husband" she said. . . .

Good, but I was thinking of this quote from Brando:

"I never wanted this for you. I work my whole life--I don't apologize--to take care of my family, and I refused to be a fool, dancing on the string held by all those bigshots. I don't apologize--that's my life--but I thought that, that when it was your time, that you would be the one to hold the string. Senator Corleone; Governor Corleone.

[Michael: Another pezzonovante]

Well, this wasn't enough time, Michael. It wasn't enough time. [Michael: We'll get there, pop. We'll get there.]"

Well...well....well? This is interesting. IMO, he is about to be busted on something BIG and his mental disorder is going to be his defense and cover. Now, I’ll just sit back and wait for his dirty little secrets to become public. My guess....Blago is singing like a bird, now that he is caged or the new book of Blagojevich’s brother perhaps?

Something I post in emails, and if you'd look back 6 mos or a year ago, something I've used as a tagline here:

The pleasure you get from life, is equal to the attitude you put into it.

Pretty much sums up how I try to live my life.

Poor Jackson Jr., your conscience must be getting to you, how does it feel to be a racist, having never attained any real accomplishments, only having extorted others with the help of your father, only judging others based on the color of their skin rather than the content of their character, damn, sucks to be you! Oh well Jackson Jr., just so you know, your father is getting old, but you’re young, his message is as irelevant as is his career, but you, there is still time to change the road you’re on, so, I just want to let you know, a little secret as it were, it’s better to go one’s entire life in fear of God and have it turn out to be a lie, than to have it end up being true and spend eternity in hell! You see, Martin Luther King Jr., he was a great man, he fought for something that he knew was right, a fight worth fighting. However, you and your father, your fight, well, it has only led to more hatred and division because you judge people based on their skin color rather than the content of their character; also, you want money for it, so you fuel hatred so as to receive more money, that’s wrong. On the other hand, Martin Luther King Jr., his fight made us all stop and think about one’s character and how silly racism is, that Sir, in and of itself, that is a fight worthy of heaven, you and your father’s fight, it’s worthy of hell!

Here’s a link to an old post about Michell and Santita Jackson ...”were best friends” and still are. I can not stand to watch her when she comes on FOX spreading her talking points for the Obama’s, I always change the channel or leave the room.

Well, Mrs. Jackson...instead of being a senator or mayor, your boy can be a resident of the federal penitentiary. How about that?

However, Madame, I know you'll agree that if your son is disappointed simply over not becoming a senator, then you've clearly reared one sniveling, self-absorbed, self-pitying jackass loser. Congratulations!

I had rather him be in rehab.

There are whispers that he attempted suicide. If that’s the case, this may just be an attempt to explain it.

Just wow. BTW I’ve spent some very good times on the Fox.

My sons and I were commenting earlier today that we've never seen the Fox this low--no canoeing for the past 4 weeks.

“Buckling to pressure Bud granted the distribution rights in Chicgoland to J.J.J.”

That is nothing when you consider that by birthright he was almost the successor to his father’s position as the King Of All Blacks. His father threw that away by being irresponsible (do you think JJJ visits his little sister out on the west coast?), then antagonizing the usurper Obama with threats to emasculate him.

Now he’s just a corrupt token politician like so many others; the relationship with his father is now a hindrance.

Yup and the whispers are probably coming from the them. I don’t believe it, I think it’s a smokescreen for what the real problem is. Time will tell...

Wrong, it went to his brother. A liquor/beer distributorship is a license to print money. By law they’re geographic monopolies.

We used to go out from Boy Scout Island in St. Charles often. I drove over the bridge on North Ave the other day. There is a comparative trickle of water over the dam.

Maybe after today’s rain the river will come back up a bit.
