Republican Mitt Romney is talking about his presidential campaign with Oprah Winfrey.
The presumptive GOP nominee and his wife, Ann, met with Winfrey on Friday for an interview that will be published in O, The Oprah Magazine. Romney aides late Saturday said the conversation took place as the Romneys were ready to begin a leisurely weekend at their lakefront house in Wolfeboro, N.H.
The aides would not discuss the interview topics or tone before its publication.
Winfrey in 2007 broke her long-standing rule against supporting politicians and came out for Barack Obama. She became one his strongest advocates and helped him win over female voters...

Yet another stupid mistake, after the idiotic demand of an “apology” for the Bain attacks. White ABANDONED Oprah after she endorsed Obama in 2008, and her show was destroyed. Blacks will NEVER vote for Romney. The best he can hope for is a Zimmerman hearing on Election Day to distract them and keep them home. There is NOTHING to be gained by this crap, and only things to lose, as Oprah will no doubt bring up the past racism of the LDS, and why didn’t Mittens speak up; the NAACP “provocation”, etc. IDIOTS! Go on Mark Levin and Michael Savage’s shows instead! BUILD THE BASE!

And just what do you plan to do for the next four years as our country disappears? Do you actually still think a Republican House and Senate can or will do anything to stop this dictator??? He’s already proven (much more than what’s coming to the public’s attention) that he’ll bypass both Congress and the Courts to accomplish all he intends to bring the Republic down as swiftly as possible and hand it to our most dangerous enemies.

I agree, our candidate is tone deaf, but what do we expect? Neither one of these guys have a clue what life is like for the average American, or the real fear and anger that we feel. He needs someone from the middle class advising him, that’s for sure. I have sent emails, but I don’t think they read them.
Her magazine does well. Women buy it. Not just black women, women of all races. Being interviewed for it is risky, (a risk that I wouldn’t take, considering how liberals cut and paste, and take things out of context) but Oprah has reportedly been feuding with the Obamas, so who knows.
You are absolutely right. While I share the “down ticket” feelings, and have considered doing this myself, I know I must hold my nose and vote for him in order to try to save the country.
Yes, I know - and at the rate he’s going, he’ll need every vote we can cough up and then some.
