ACORN (or whatever they call themselves these days) was given billions in stimulus funds, which will be used this year to buy the election. Even factcheck.org can’t spin away the fact that they got billions:

The media has a vested business interest in keeping people watching as long as possible. They charge higher advertising rates during these events. They will do what they can to keep 'eyes on'.
