His behavior doesn't add up
His behavior already reveals stark inconsistencies that question the mainstream explanation of events. For example, he opened fire on innocent people but then calmly surrendered to police without resistance. This is not consistent with the idea of "killing everyone."
Furthermore, he then admitted to police that his apartment was booby-trapped with explosives. If you were really an evil-minded Joker trying to kill people (including cops), why would you warn them about the booby trap in advance? It doesn't add up.
"Holmes was taken into custody shortly after the shooting, police said, adding he didn't resist when he was arrested," reports a local CBS news affiliate.
"After his arrest, Holmes told police about 'possible explosives in his residence,' Oates said. When police searched his apartment, they discovered it was booby-trapped and evacuated surrounding buildings, police said. Oates said bomb technicians are determining how to disarm flammable or explosive material in the third-floor apartment. He said police could be there some time."
None of this checks out. If you're a killer bent on causing mayhem, why tell the police about your surprise bomb waiting for them back at your apartment?

I don’t understand why he didn’t just put a small bomb in the theater. He had the equipment and the know how obviously... Why a gun? He took his time and didn’t even try to escape... If escaping was the motive behind the booby trapped apartment, then why take your time with a gun. You could kill just as many or more with a small bomb....

This likely occurred when they contacted her, attempting to confirm his ID through her, describing him, his place of residence, car etc, with her likely saying, Yes, that's him.
This is likely no big deal.
This guy is a flaming homo your absolutely right, you can tell from the photo..and your right, there is MUCH MUCH more to this story, hopefully ALL of the truth comes out. No way did this guy act alone, he’s been planning this for months..why? why this theater? Why did he choose that particular screen(Did he know it was the largest screen) why not screen 8 or screen 7, there is another theater down the street how come he didnt pick that one. He bought guns at gun shops in the area...top dollar...maybe $2,000 total if he got any kind of a deal. Ammo...approx $.75 to $1.00 a round, and it is reported he bought at least 6,000 rounds. His magazines, several hundred dollars...maybe $5 or $600 total. Add all this up, then start on the other stuff...the hidden stuff
Through student loans, of course. We borrow the cost of living too. He would have just had to borrow more and spend less, and he would have a net pretty quickly.

I don’t think he thought the ammo would add extra umph to his IED. I think the IED was just an extra take ‘em all out, as many as he could. The looped Techno music was an added draw. Kill as many as he could, if they entered his lair.
If he made it out of the main shooting alive and psyched, he could return home and there would be ammo for more kills.
I think his idea worked a little bit like Thanksgiving dinner.

Why did he strip off his protection at the exit door and then wait at his car nearby? I think he filled his plate too full with ideas and evil and he was not equipped to deal with.

It was posted on Drudge that there is a witness who saw a guy in the front row take a cell phone call, got up and went to the emergency door like he was trying to get a signal. The guy comes back, sits down and moments later crazy bat shit walks in from the emergency door and starts killing people.
So that means there is definitely a 2nd party out there right now that was in on it in some manner which opens many doors and possibilities. It is weird that this psycho completely destroys the audience then peacefully surrenders and then tells the cops his apt. is booby trapped? Could be the guy is just plain crazy, but something smells funny here.
