You must live here occasionally to have such an understanding.

Chickenlooper is a businessman who owns restaurants. He also employed illegal aliens in his kitchens. He was elected because he kept his head down as the Republicans ate their own candidates and spit them out.

Sorry, didn’t mean to impugn all Denver people. You do have a lot more Hickenlooper types out there than here in Indy. I think the weather attracts them.

Well you bring up a talking point for the Romney campaign.

Let this gun control thing take a strong run for it and the Romney people, including the Beltway pubs just for oncit, should say what you said....about those bombs which were NOT guns.

And if they ever need a doppleganger for Feinstein on Sattidy Night Live, I shall volunteer.

Feinstein's husband's company made out like a bandit building hard covers in Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan. Some of them were never used.

The crony capitalist culture of corruption brought to you by Democrats.

"[Feinstein] ignores the explosives that could have demolished the 3-story apartment building and surrounding area."

Apparently much of the "accelerant" used was gasoline. Maybe we should discuss banning the sale of gasoline.

I listened to part of a news conference and thought the President of the local Chamber of Commerce had taken over the microphone to praise the local authorities and the fine job they were doing. Then he was identified as the governor and I realized what an empty suit the governor of Colorado is.

Almost as bad as Barack Obama, who ordered flags at half-mast for the victims of this shooting. He speaks the language of Americans, but he has no real idea of what the words mean.

Too bad the shooter was not a Muslim terrorist suicide bomber. Then he would have taken himself out as well and we would be spared the spectacle of a trial and the endless analysis that will come along with it.

And I'm sure liberals will want to rehabilitate the shooter, but I can only think of 1 job he would ever be qualified for now; handing out automatic weapons to Mexican drug dealers in the Eric Holder Justice Dept.

Guns don't kill people idiot, brainwashed or psychotic individuals kill people.

And they are always Democrats or whackos who vote for Democrats.  Conservatives don't have the right mindset to do things like this.

Then our domestic terrorists would be reduced to parking a Volt next to their target...

If that building had exploded at around midnight when he set the music BEFORE he left for the theatre, the police and all medical units would have rushed there and been unavailable for the movie theatre.

THAT was his strategy.

someone could have called the plice about the loud noise, police arrive and then the explosion..He left the door cracked open, unlocked.

As expected the only solution Feinstein and her gun grabbing friends offer is more control. Do you ever hear them talk about the lack of morality they have brought to our Country? Of course not and our side didn’t really mention it either.

Pray for America

Not to worry. Soon enough he will be found handing in his cell with both hands tied behind his back. Will be ruled a suicide...

So for 15 years I worked for Western Electric.

If y’all don’t know of it, used to be the manufacturing arm of AT&T. We made all the wires and cables for telephones.

Worked there 15 years....walked out on the anniversary of my 15th year, took the college degree they paid for that I earned through almost as many years of night school. Hung in there so I could get the vested pension, yes even as a young lass I was very responsible. Did payroll, quality control, even wrote newsletters and for the company magazine. In those days, for both me and Diane Feinstein had men and they were like a bus, missed one, another one came along.

After leaving my pension’s been all over the place and I’m biting my fingernails. Now it’s owned by Alcatel, formerly Lucent Technologies, y’all following? Alcatel is owned now by France and I’m eligible for a pension when I’m 65, still a couple years away.

I’m a wreck cause who knows, Obama might take over all pensions owned by foreign gubmints for Americans or some such. Who knows why. I suspect it’s a lot of money as AT&T was, at least then, the largest company in the world. Obamer does anything he wants, not that the Republicans stop him.

I get a letter yesterday. I am eligible for a one time lump sum distribution for my pension at Alcatel, formerly Lucent Technologies, formerly Western Electric.

The value of my pension as of 10/1/12, the letter informs, is $41,787.43!

Do I want the lump sum?

Hell yeah I want the lump sum, I want that money in my hot little hands ASAP.

I will roll it over into an IRA (if I don’t every penny of the distribution is taxable). I won’t get a monthly pension payment but I’d already written that off for fear of this company moving all the hell over the world.

So I’m in a good mood today. Cause husband and I have, wisely, over the years, invested in IRA’s and 401K’s and we have some money, this without the gubmint having a damn thing to do with it.

So

It looks like the explosions might be beginning again in Israel.

Anybody remember Arafat? Funny how those bombings ended when Arafat met his maker.

Of course those “Palestinians” want to ramp that back up, they know Obamer’s on their side.

Netanyahu always makes a good guest. What a concept, being proud of your leader.

WHO is the moron woman on Meet theDepressed?

and chertoff and the police chief on there talking about the coarse political language and GUNS causing these problems.
Police chief used the word “control”..very interesting.

Chertoff is such a total jerk..talking about FT Hood shooter’s behaviors prior to shooting..”Somehow people just couldn’t wrap their heads around what was wrong with this guy and the signs..”
DUH!!! NO, chertoff. EVERYONE KNEW!
It was not politically correct to call out a radical MUzzie.

I am now already so upset and its only 20 mins into sunday’s programs. Not one decent conservative to say..What about Norway? what about the internet? what about bombs and suicide bombers?

I will have to back off on the coffee now. My dog is cutting me off now.

I am wondering how your dog is cutting you off of coffee.

But you’re right....where are the Republicans to push back against gun control?

You want to know where I think they are?

Well I don’t care whether you want to know or not, I’m going to tell you.

I think they’re waiting to see how this pans out. Cause if this thing should erupt into some national movement for more gun control (which it won’t folks, it will not) then they’ll will put finger in the air and say what the media helps promote.

They SHOULD have arranged for a representative of some sort to get on the Sunday talk shows to push back against any gun control, to make the arguments just as you delineated.

Bill Crystal...heh. Solid on the payroll of the Democrats, I am totally convinced. Do not count him as any kind of Conservative spokesnoid.

Exactly buddy,
Truth is Dick Morris knows these people like no on else. Having worked for and with them for some years at the very top.He also knows Hillary Clinton as well. Seems she has devised a way to use the UN to get her beloved gun control without having to go through Congress as well.
Perhaps that’s why DNC Dave is reluctant to talk about anything to do with gun control since “they know they have already won.”
Slick its all here.

....if it was just a long day or if he is as nutty as we saw in his two press conferences on Friday.

I've observed that Hick may be a more profound case of pathological dependance on the magic teleprompter than even The 0, so Friday's performance was just what I'd expect of him. (No, I didn't watch. I began to ignore Denver democrats and their fav media pimps shortly after I moved to Colorado.)

OTOH, with two whole days to get the Official Word from the WH, Hicky will be doing his very best impression of lib sockpuppet this morning.

...at least until the teleprompter craps out and/or he just goes off script. Again.

(JMHO, both the Denver and Boulder "news"papers have full-time staff whose only tasks are to rewrite, spin or spike Hicky's verbal fluffs. If not for that, he might still be running a bar down on Larimer.)
