President Barack Obama was set to announce an executive order aimed at improving the performance of African-American students as he addresses the Urban League Wednesday night.
The speech to the civil rights group is an opportunity for the president to reach out to some of his most loyal supporters, African-Americans, who as a group have struggled more than most Americans in the tough economy.

So what he going to do order that they all get A's? I know maybe he can require that all teachers that are incompetent be fired.

Has any other legitimate president ever done anything like this where the sole recipient of the action was of the white race? If not, this usurper in chief has set yet another negative precedent.

He’s just trying to boost turnout by buying off each of his single issue demographics — single women (birth control, more gender based preferences), hispanics (amnesty, AA), blacks (this EO), gays (”evolving” on gay marriage)... basically everyone but straight white males.
Oh Hell. It goes beyond racism. I guess you could call it racial intimidation. It is like the KKK without the hooded sheets and burning crosses. The Oval Office has the power of labeling, which goes beyond all that.
It seems to me that millions of so called Americans love to be insulted. I can’t help but think that they are too stupid to know that they have been insulted.

So painfully obvious that he sees his black voters and support going down. Romney gave a good speech at the naacp about how he would help them and received applause. If his black supporters don’t see this as anything but an election gimmick then they truly are idiots. I believe most see him and his wife for what they are. That’s why his numbers are going down in the black community
