If you are on the Obama fundraising e-mail list, you may have gotten a vague hunch by now that Obama’s birthday is coming up. By my count, I have received eight e-mails in the last two weeks centered on Obama’s birthday, the first from Michelle Obama on June 16, telling me, “Barack turns 51 next month, and there will be a little celebration at our house in Chicago.” On June 17, Obama campaign finance director Rufus Gifford e-mailed, “Have you ever gotten to do something so cool you’re almost jealous of yourself? Pretty sure this would count: On August 12th, just three weeks before the Democratic National Convention and 12 weeks before Election Day, President Obama will have a few friends over to mark his 51st birthday — in the backyard of his Chicago home.”

You are so right. Every year since he has been in office there has been a big national announcement and fancy party for his birthday. Have we ever heard the same for his daughters? Or even for Michelle? Not that I care about when any of them have a birthday, but Obama seems to only have the great celebrations for himself. Who cares what day he was born? I would rather forget that he was born at all.

So true. But it is worse. The way he sounds it’s like a person who worked 50 years and might be forced to retire.....He is going to get 400K a year for the rest of his life and a book for 20 million or more. Sheesh....does not need a pity party AT ALL!!!!!

I think we ALL should give $3 to Romney to help Barack Obama celebrate his last birthday in the WH. In fact, I would be willing to send $12 to not have Barack Obama have any more birthdays in the WH ($3 x 4 years).
Put on the check or the online donation memo: $3 to make this Barack’s LAST birthday in the WH! I wonder how much Romney could make off this? LOL!
Romney’s staff and surrogates should capitalize on this.
