Obama ad: “It’s a scary time to be a woman”

I hate it — hate it – when I hear liberal groups talking about “women’s issues.” Please stop lumping me in to your stupid, sweeping stereotypes and implying that, just because I am a part of the gender demographic that composes approximately half of the world’s population, I automatically agree with you. I don’t. But that’s the appeal of continuing this utterly dumb “Republicans are waging a war on women” meme, I suppose — drumming up a false feeling of mass feminist solidarity and convincing the perhaps less-informed ladies of America that they have something they need to get outraged about.

Getting the full swing-state average-voter experience, I noticed this commercial on one of the closed-captioned television screens at the gym yesterday (by far my greatest exercise was in self-restraint, not taking off my sneaker and chucking it at the tv), but it doesn’t look like it’s available in an embeddable version online yet — you’ll have to follow the link to WaPo to watch.

I really hate that damned singing ad, it seems pointless to me.

Now we have the denial ad where Romney has taken Obama’s words “out of context.” ‘Course, no specifics.

July 13th will become a seminal moment for Bam.

Yes of course it is a scary time to be a woman!! Look at all the countries that are going full throttle on the Sharia law now that Ubama has been promoting the Muslim Brotherhood worldwide!

This whole presidency is about projection. The very thing Ubama is accusing the other side of doing HE IS DOING!

It is a scary time to be a woman because we have a Muslim sympathizer in the White House who befriends regimes that approve of sex slave brides.

What a pathetic excuse for a leader. What’s scary is living under this regime. That’s what’s scary.

This ad is getting lots of play in the Reno market.

I am so angry at Obama for such an ad & I am even more angry at ‘Jenni” for participating in such an ad. She seems so offended by the attitudes she ascribes to Mitt Romney, while she obviously doesn’t recognise that millions of us agree with Mitt.

She has 3 main points in this ad.

First: “Mitt Romney is out of touch”———because Mitt doesn’t believe that INSURANCE companies should be REQUIRED to provide birth controll pills for any female who wants them!!! “Jenni” thinks it is a matter of a ‘woman’s health’.

I say it is a matter of how promiscuous a woman wants to be. IF “Jenni” wants to spread her legs & get her rocks off and risk a pregnancy, that should be her financial burden-—which averages less than $25 per year for such medication...less than $300 per year!! It sure an hell should NOT be the burden of her employer or the customer of her employer—who ultimately pays the bill for “Jenni” to have her birth control pills.

Further, this attitude puts the employer into a bind if they like ‘Jenni’s’ work capability, but they don’t personally believe in birth control. Jenni is trying to have it all ways. She wants the ultimate customer to pay for her insurance premiums & her birth control pills and she wants to supress the morals & ethics of her employer to provide Jenni with something they might NOT agree with!!

Selfish little wench, I say.

The other 2 points in the ad have to do with abortion.

AGAIN—Jenni wants her employer to pay for something they might not agree with.

Jenni obviously has been raised in the last 40 years worth of the ‘educational’ system in the USA because she tries mighty hard to absolve HERSELF of any responsibility for her birth control pills.

If the communist-Islamist alliance of George Soros - the people Obama said he will always stand with - gets 4 more years to force sharia on America (which is part of the “Muslim agenda” Obama told the Egyptian ambassador in January of 2010 that he supports, and the foundation for which is already laid in Obamacare), it really will be a scary time for women:

Convert to Islam or die.

Marry who your Muslim family says you will marry or die.

Get raped by any of your relatives and you will be stoned for adultery.

Make your Muslim “husband” deliriously happy or he will accuse you of something, a judge will find you guilty based on “judge’s knowledge” alone, and you will die.

As a Muslim woman you will not be allowed to say “no” to your husband’s sexual advances at any time. He also has the right to beat you for whatever reasons tickle his fancy.

As a Muslim woman you will not be able to drive a vehicle or be in public with a man who is not your relative unless a male relative is with you. You will never be allowed to abort a child, and all your health choices will be made by either your father or your husband.

If you are beautiful enough to tempt a man, you are considered the problem which must be eliminated.

Get ready to wear your burka in the swimming pool...

I’m a woman, and I am plenty scared. Not because I am a woman, though.

It’s a scary time to be a Christian, and right now, especially to be a practicing Catholic. There is no respect for the Catholic Church and the public charities it accomplishes here. Instead our POTUS is waging a REAL war against Catholics and Christians of every stripe.

Consider Christian-owned businesses which are threatened with renouncing a Christian conscience in order to be “allowed to engage in commerce” in this Land of the Free and Home of the Brave? How is this not a violation of the First Amendment and the entire Constitution?

Hey, Hey, HO, Ho; Obama has got to go!

You’d think half of women would be sick of being treated like dumb sluts by the Dems and media.

So far nobody has even pointed out the lies in the ad about Romney “supports overturning Roe vs. Wade. Romney backed a bill that outlawed all abortion, even in cases of rape and incest”.

Has Romney clarified (or changed his mind) on his position yet?

I agree with Obama 100%.

My wife is a cancer survivor and is scared to death of Obama being reelected. She believes that once government and especially leftist democrats control healthcare, they will pull strings to deny republicans, conservatives, and just plain women needed care.

These are real fears because Obama and the democrats are evil and corrupt.
