Those wondering why the Department of Justice has refused to go after Jon Corzine for the vaporization of $1.6 billion in MF Global client funds need look no further than the documents uncovered by the Government Accountability Institute that reveal that the now-defunct MF Global was a client of Attorney General Eric Holder and Assistant Attorney General Lanny Breuer’s former law firm, Covington & Burling. There’s more.
Records also reveal that MF Global’s trustee for the Chapter 11 bankruptcy retained as its general bankruptcy counsel Morrison & Foerester--the very law firm from which Associate Attorney General Tony West came to DOJ.

That's all true, except that I disagree with Ayn Rand in that I believe a new and better society can rise from the ashes. It's actually not a "new" society so much as it is a return to the moral one based on Christian principles.

Corzine is heavily involved too. Where did all of that Obama “stimulus money” go to Corzine ?

I am uncomfortable with this whole "bundling" thing. It used to be that we rarely heard of it (Xing Wu, Chinatown bundler for Hillary Clinton who got arrested) and now it is ubiquitous and made out to be a good thing. (thanks, McStain)
The bundling process reminds me too much of the mortgage scandal. [brain freeze - cannot remember what the equivalent is called - has to do with selling bad loans] They share the same "principle". Travis McGee is right; it's gangster government.

MF global and John Corzine were very close to the Obama Administration. The SEC and other regulators allowed Corzine and MF Global to violate laws and regulations and steal over $1 billion. The Obama Administration is corrupt. They are criminals.
