President Obama is struggling to get to 50% — not just of voters in November -- but of Americans, at any time, who will recognize that he is a Christian.

The Pew Research Center's Forum on Religion and Public Life released a survey Thursday showing that just 49% of Americans described the president as a Christian, while 17% said they believed he was Muslim. Just before the 2008 election, a majority, 55%, described then-candidate Obama’s faith as Christian, while just 12% said he was Muslim.

You mentioned a little bit ago, "Why did it take a bunch of Arabs to do what you all should have done a long time ago," that's my question.

Churchill: I'm gonna repeat that, tell me if I got that right: Why shouldn't we do something and how do you you move so they don't see you coming.

As to the first part, not a reason in the world that I could see. I can't find a single reason that you shouldn't in a principled way —there may be some practical considerations, such as do you know how (laughter from audience)

—you know, often these things are processes. It's not just an impulse. And certainly it's not just an event.

And the simple answer, although it probably should be more complicated, but I'm not being flip and giving the simple answer, is:
You carry the weapon. That's how they don't see it coming. You're the one...

They talk about "color blind or blind to your color." You said it yourself.

You don't send the Black Liberation Army into Wall Street to conduct an action.

You don't send the American Indian Movement into downtown Seattle to conduct an action.

Who do you send? You. Your beard shaved, your hair cut close, and wearing a banker's suit.

There's probably a whole lot more to it, you know that. But there's where you start. .."

Misspoke my aching arse, no one says MY Muslim faith unless he is a Muslim, that is one error of speech that does not happen, it is equivalent to a straight man saying, “My opponent has not mentioned my homosexuality.” That would never be said, instead it would be expressed as, “My opponent has not accused me of being a homosexual.” If Obama were NOT a Muslim he would have said something like, “John McCain has not tried to call me a Muslim.”

One thing is for certain Obama is NOT a Christian as he has claimed, that is equivalent to calling himself an Eagle, he can say it as often as he likes but he will damned sure never fly. Only a total fool could believe that he is a Christian.

For one who is not a Muslim he certainly spends a lot of time and energy praising Islam! I have yet to hear him say “Holy Bible” but he has said “Holy Quran” many times. If he mentions the Bible it is just the Bible but the Quran is ALWAYS, “The Holy Quran.” When do you ever hear a Christian or anyone other than a Muslim refer to the Holy Quran?

Excellent point. It is a real shame that there aren't any real investigative journalists left, no journalists who will follow a story wherever it goes.
