Sen. John McCain today called a Newsweek article alleging tensions with Mitt Romney's presidential campaign "liberal left-wing trash."
In the exclusive article, Newsweek Washington bureau chief and media critic Howard Kurtz reports that McCain has failed in his efforts to counsel Romney and is frustrated with his behind-the-scenes role on the campaign (Kurtz calls him a "caged lion").

McQueeg would know.
He’s been lost for years...
Someone drives him to his job.
His driver should forget to pick him up. I doubt he’d notice.
Calla te Juan.
Newsweek "exclusively" published its own article by its own reporter? That's really something.
>> McCains luster as a Republican Party spokesman appears to have dimmed
Luster’s dimmed, eh? What’s that old saying... you can’t polish a ... something.

LOL< what a hoot. One Lefty Republican tweaking another..., this is gettin good.

What kind of name for a daughter is News-weak?
There is a magazine named “NewsWeek”??

Go watch the Olympics, Johnny.
Back in the day, Newsweek was where you could go to get news and analysis. The magazine was thick, full of stories, photos and ads.

This is impossible if the majority of the editors share the same bias. There's no checks and balances.
The readers realized this and quit reading.
Now they are a shell of their past.
>> Now they are a shell of their past. A shadow.
Think of the cost savings when they slim down enough to print a month’s content on a postcard. Won’t be long.
Like spreading around a little horse manure.
>>’Hes chomping at the bit to do something,’ a McCain aide confides.
Heh heh... I have some suggestions, John, but I think the powers that be would frown on spelling it all out in these hallowed webpages. :-)
After his comments about Bachman, it’s just time for him to retire, and enjoy it by disappearing...
