Not a complete cypher by himself. But a lot of the folks who voted for him in the first place (and darned near everyone who will vote for him THIS time) are complete cyphers.
There is no hope of converting them, we must outnumber them. Remember "broken glass", before it becomes a reality, like Germany's "Kristallnacht".
