Today is “National Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day.”
After intolerant and First Amendment-hating Chicago politicians blocked Chick-fil-A from building a restaurant, former Governor Mike Huckabee announced his support for the restaurant chain and its Constitutional right of free speech. He declared today Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day.

St. Louisans also came out in huge numbers to show their support for the First Amendment.
The lot was jam-packed…

The line goes around the block.
The line of cars wraps all the way around to the main boulevard, where the line still continues.
The surrounding streets and parking lots are packed.
The restaurant is full and the line goes out the door.
Normally, with this crowd volume you would expect short tempers and bedlam. That’s not the case today at Chick-fil-A. While the surrounding restaurant chains are empty, the people in this line are happily making a statement, talking to each other with smiles on their faces. They’re patriots taking a stand against a gross violation of our First Amendment right. And they are doing it in 100 degree temperatures.
Any bets if this will make the MSM tonight?

Notice the sign of 315 cars served at that time. Now in center line. Its a great day for Freedom of speech. Take that Boston, Chicago and San Francisco!
I'm going to take the late shift today (mmmmm -- dessert!), because I already ordered CFA mugs and stuffed toy cows online today.
I also took an hour to download the locations of every CFA in my roaming area -- between Philadelphia, PA and Raleigh, NC along Rt. 95. It's going in my car's glove compartment.

This reminds me of a commercial I saw last night during the unLIVE broadcast of the Olympics on NBC. NBC has a new sitcom coming out this fall called A New Normal. It features a homosexual couple of dads. A child in the commercial says to her mother or grandmother, “You’re a bigot!” The child is around seven or eight years old. This sitcom is by the people who made Glee. So now they go after the children.
Its so good to know that WE outnumber THEM..sometimes it doesn’t feel that way but in a day like today, seeing so many Americans showing their support for a wonderful company like Chick-Fil-A shows that there is hope for this country..We will NOT be intimidated by leftist progressive freaks
I believe a group of black ministers has come out in support of Chick-Fil-A and complained that the Democratic party has gone too far.
I had heard some speculation that gay marriage would be the issue that started splitting the black voting block away from the Democrats. Apparently that's true. They may not be running to the Republicans, but they are second guessing their support for Democrats.

Reporting from Fairfield CA.....been in line of about 150+ for an hour now. Still that many or more in line. Probably another 30 mins before I get in. Love it.
Report from Olathe, Kansas: At 11:50am traffic jam to Chick Fil A was 1/4 mile backed up to get into the strip mall and the restaurant. Lots of activity of people walking in and out of the restaurant. At 2:30pm traffic jam greatly reduced but still at least over a half hour wait just to get to the order window. People still going in and out. Crazy!
I saw that same commercial during Days of Our Lives(The only show I watch on NBC otherwise I would stop watching that progressive crapfest) so disturbing that they are trying to indoctrinate the children into believing that being a homo is somehow a good thing..absolutely disgusting

Stopped at the S. Tampa CFA around 4:00. There were two sheriff’s deputies there directing traffic and the drive thru line literally wrapped around the building twice.
I thought about asking my wife to stop there on her way home from work, but that wouldn’t be fair to her. We’ll keep it going tomorrow.
I wonder how the one is on Highway K in O’Fallon.
I had errands to run in the next town. Googled to see if they had a CFA and they did. We got there at noon and it was PACKED with cars lined up the highway. Police were brought out to direct traffic.
Waited in line for over an hour for our food. That didn’t matter. It was a GREAT atmosphere. People singing and cheering. Monks and priests from the local monastery showed up in support.
They took drink orders immediately and filled those while we waited for our food. Refills were free. Upon taking orders....they ask for a name so when the order is up, that call it out. Someone put on their ticket ‘Jehovah’. When it was called out....”Order for Jehovah!” people just cracked UP! It was awesome!!!
Everybody was talking to each other like one, big family reunion!
Looks like Obama will be choking his chicken tonight LOL
