Oops? President Barack Obama's re-election campaign washed its hands Wednesday of an independent group's vicious (and misleading) ad effectively blaming Mitt Romney for the death of a laid-off steelworker's wife from cancer. Campaign officials flatly denied any knowledge of the facts in the casebut it turns out the widower told the same story on an Obama campaign conference call in mid-May. (The Obama campaign responded late in the day: See update below).

The Liar in Chief
Hitler is ranting about Romney the murderer
I think we are wasting time and resources going after what Obama’s serogotes are doing because he will simply wash his hands of their lies as he does here.
Obama has plenty of lies indisputably of his own to go after.
When the Liar in Chief exits the White House for the last time on the morning of January 20, 2013, how much coverage will he get after President Romney takes over? My gues, a lot. Romney will be a major inconvinience for the lsm. He will take the time needed to cover the former LiC.
The top comment is interesting:
“I saw and listened to the audio tape where this same guy is talking to Ms. Cutter, Obama top aide, telling the exact same story back in May. Ms. Cutter thanks him so much for sharing. Now, she says she didn’t know anything about the ad or guy. Proven liars.”
Romney campaign should be making the counterpunch that it’s over-regulation, over-taxation, over-litigation that’s killed so many American companies over the years.
By raising those sorts of costs here in the US, it effectively lowers the relative costs of outsourcing.
Add to that the damping effect on the work ethic that starts in public schools.
