Detective Michael Zullo is surprised to say the least. He is chief investigator for Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse looking into the authenticity of President Barack Obama’s long-form birth certificate. At a recent press conference, he presented his evidence, which he says points to forgery. He expected the media to follow up with questions about the evidence. What he got was unabashed hostility.

“I really didn’t expect them to come out of the gate attacking us as they did,” Mr. Zullo said.

FYI: Sheriff Joe has conclusively demonstrated three facts:

(1)The BC Copy that the WH released to the world was NOT what the Hawaiians gave Obama's Lawyer. Therefore, what Obama released to the world had to be something constructed from digital data he received from Hawaii. Joe has no authority to demand anything from Hawaii, or anything from the WH.

(2) There's something dreadfully wrong with the Resident's Social Security Card and files

(3) Ditto, his Selective Service registration.

Joe is a Sheriff. He can do no more. Grand Jury? DA's bailiwick. Independent Grand Jury? Still has to go to DA or AG.

A County Sheriff cannot indict anyone.

The Sheriff's jurisdiction is within the County. Legally speaking, Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse is a privately supported venture.

That is precisely why the Hawaiian authorities could refuse him normal interagency courtesy and do all in their power within their jurisdiction, to impeded his investigation.

Nonetheless, Sheriff Joe developed an impressive body of evidence. He literally has nowhere to take it.

E.G., A cop witnesses a hit and run, tracks the perpetrator down. DA refuses to issue a warrant. If arrested, the perp is released. No trial, no nothing.
