Not that this guy shouldn’t be in jail for a long time — he tried to knock over a store — but are “assault rifles” a “weapon of terrorism”?

A .223 Bushmaster converted to .50 cal? I’d be scared to pull the trigger on that. Maybe that’s why he didn’t use it when he had the chance. Didn’t know that magazines and hollow-pionts were illegal.
