Three-Fifths of Milwaukee’s Black Voters Have Vanished Without a Trace
Gateway Pundit ^ | August 31,2012 | Jim Hoft

Democrats have feared for years that one of the particular challenges of running campaigns in 2012 would be simply locating their voters. The party’s constituencies (young people, immigrants, minorities) tend to be among the most mobile demographic groups. And as NPR speculated this week in an analysis of battleground-state foreclosure figures, the housing crisis will likely only have made things more difficult for Democrats looking for their supporters.

But the voter file represented a fiction, or at least a reality that had rapidly become out of date. During those eight weeks, canvassers were able to successfully find and interact with only 31 percent of their targets. Twice that number were confirmed to no longer live at the address on file — either because a structure was abandoned or condemned, or if a current resident reported that the targeted voter no longer lived there.

Last month the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s office subpoenaed the national office of the Service Employee International Union (SEIU) in Washington D.C. for the employment documents of a senior organizer currently under investigation for vote fraud in Wisconsin.

Maybe they moved to Waukesha which has been historically Republican.

The Dems, for literally decades, have ‘herded’ their minority voters into ghettoes, slums and various ‘black districts’
Agree somewhat, but the living conditions were never all that bad originally, say, the late 40s and 50s.
However, after 40-50 years, they became ghettos, slums, etc.
Today, you can see the same thing happening even quicker in the suburbs thanks to the gubmint's Section 8 program.

They were never there to begin with. But, fear not, they’ll vote on November 6.

More likely these were fraudulent names on voter registration lists that got removed.

It shows how much the left has been cheating in elections.

Plus bums and crackheads aren’t that mobile. Look how many couldn’t even get out of the way of Katrina.

One hand of the liberal progressives not knowing what the other hand is doing. All that work putting together 160k fake registered voters and they get outed by their comrades. LOL

There really has to be a way to clamp down on double voting in two states. I live in FL too and I know people vote in 2 places. I don’t think there is anything to stop them. You can’t have an honor system when people have no honor.

Managing Democrat Voting Units (DVU) is kind of like herding cats; they tend to stray off.

Odd, that ‘Section 8’ in the civilian world is not all that different than ‘Section 8’ in the military world............

The party’s constituencies (young people, immigrants, minorities) tend to be among the most mobile demographic groups.

Did any of these people really exist or live there? Don’t you wonder where all the government assistance money for all these missing people went? No wonder the DOJ is so frightened. What if this turns out to be a national situation? If we find that these people really weren’t there for the 2010 Obot census; the Public Union funding will stop and the voting machines will have to be reprogrammed with less “predetermined votes”.

In my experience in life, members of these three groups, (the young, the immigrant and ‘minorities’) only the young move regularly as they try to find their place in life and even at that they need a source of income to do so.

The Immigrant? It depends on what type of immigrant doesn’t it? The itinerant farm worker definitely does, that’s what the job entails. The other type, ‘political’ like the Somalis and the like go to where they have an enclave and that’s where they stay.

The minorities? The ones I’ve known that were successful in having a job or a profession were definitely more than willing to move if a better opportunity arose for them.

Those though that were on welfare? (Both white, black and ‘purple’) They had no desire to move once they were in a place. Why should they? As long as the Government and the Welfare office knew where to send the checks they were happy to be in one place.

What all that means in this reported instance? If I had to make an educated guess, I would say that there was a whole lot of fake voter registration that were and are intended for use in vote fraud. I would look to Absentee Ballots being filed for these ‘missing’ voters.

Wisconsin allows registration at the polls with minimal ID. After the election is over, the clerks send out postcards to check on the addresses of the new voters. Traditionally 1/3 come back as “undeliverable” (vacant lots, etc.)

Every major election sees the streets around the polls crowded with out of state cars. It’s a big scam, and nobody wants to talk about it.

In this instance we are looking at good old election fraud and the results could be duplicated in any big city if anyone actually looked. It is as old as the nation. That is how Aaron Burr got his start.
