Those of you who listened to Rush yesterday already know this, but: Just as he was coming upon a commercial break, at one point in the broadcast, he closed out with this statement: "Latest poll shows 77 percent of Missourians forgive Todd Akin. He trails McCaskill by only one point. Hmmmmmmm.........."

Yes; Jesus said that if we don’t forgive men their trespasses, our Heavenly Father would not forgive our trespasses. It wasn’t a matter of “forgiving”. He just disappointed so many people by making it more difficult for us to take back the Senate. All he had to do was keep his mouth shut until Election Day and he would have won. But......well, the rest is history. You can forgive the guy who broke into your house and stole your wife’s jewelry and sold it for a dime on the dollar. But, your wife’s jewelry is still gone. I say again: It was not a question of “forgiving”. And, I hope like heck that he wins.
Social conservatives to not vote for individuals, they vote issues.

Well, sad to say, this year, the main issue IS the individual; Barack Obama. He is an Anti-Christian, Marxist Muslim who propagates same-sex marriage and the killing little babies. So, how will they vote? This Social Conservative and every other Social Conservative I know is voting for Romney.

OK, I still think Akin is a total idiot and I wish he had been ousted from the start.
But now? IMO, let sleeping dogs lie. He’s yesterday news; ousting him would just stir the pot all over again. Vote for him silently and just let him quietly ride Romney’s coattails to have one more R seat in the Senate.
