There's a large crowd of people clamoring for more with no thought to the consequences. That's probably because they don't think too much.

No, I don’t “belong” to the Government! Sorry!!!
I belong to my family. I belong to a synagogue. I belong to them, because I chose to.
If “everyone belongs to” the government, it is not always by choice, but mostly by accident of geographical location at time of birth. It’s like belonging to massa because you were born on his plantation.
How long before they make it impossible to leave, because “you belong to us,” a la Soviet Russia. That would be the logical step for them to take.
If that’s how it is, for the sake of their children the immigrants should stop coming, and everyone else should get out while they can. It isn’t safe to assume that this is just sloppy thinking.
We DO fear this government. On 11-6 we tell it to eff off.
And I hope the message is loud and clear.
Then we dismantle everything of the last 4 years and start over with stuff that works..
