You mean like "bitter intellectual radicalism" or as I have known them since the 1960s, Marxist radical spoiled brats? And they did not have to come from wealthy families to be spoiled brats.. they were celebrated in the MSM as the most intelligent generation ever!. They are even spoiled worse today as arguably the Establishment.
Ivy Leaguers have been known for a long time.. here's from FDR's time:
