When I listened to the UN ambassador Susan Rice today several words came to mind: asinine, naive, inept, incompetent and borderline ignorant. Because when you understand that the Egyptian government, their intelligence services, put out a letter talking about the potential threat of an attack, uprisings, about a week before this. It was even printed in the Jerusalem Post on 9/11.
And anyhow, I can tell you Judge, being in the combat zones several times after 9/11, we were always on a higher state of security and alertness on 9/11. It should have been the exact same thing here. And for Susan Rice to say this was not a well coordinated attack -- first of all, I have to ask her what is her line of expertise in understanding what a well coordinated attack is because this was not happenstance, it was not coincidence. It was well planned, well coordinated and the president there in Libya confirms that.

Exactly, taking issue with Rice is like getting mad at Jay Carney. He/She is just issuing the statement she was ordered to read to keep the spin going. She has a vested interest in keeping a cushy job and hobnobbing with the elite Manhatten cocktail crowd.
I heard the audio of this earlier and agree with him 100%. Too bad he is not at the top of the (R) ticket this election.

Maybe she's like Al Sharpton who wants people to think he went to divinity school and got a degree. Instead, he was "ordained" at age 10 by a DC preacher and perpetuated the lie every since. (So has Jesse Jackson.) Maybe Rice got her degree with two box tops and $5 from some website.

As a member of The Judge Advocate General’s Corps, I take issue with your statement. We don’t make policy, we apply the Constitution and the properly implemented rules and regulations (NOT implemented by us, implemented by the Executive Branch General Counsels and/or the Congress) of the military services. We. Don’t. Cover. Up. Hell, we got RID of a TJAG (Fiscus) and a just-about-GO (Mike Murphy) when their perfidy was discovered. Your statement is ignorant and incorrect.

West did not run for president for a very good reason, he saw no reason to get slaughtered and accomplish nothing. He appears to be much more aware of political realities than those believing he has (at this time) any shot at the nomination.
