Breaking Right Now on Fox News
“I wouldnt put too much faith in the 2007 release date.”
I would. If you remember, the courts told Bush to release them or try them. The Bush Administration was under tremendous pressure by the Courts and the Democrats to release prisoners and shut down Gitmo.
Holders law firm are the Mob Lawyers terrorists and drug cartel members.
Holder has a long history of getting terrorists sprung from jail including the dozen or so FMLN terrorists he got pardoned by Clinton who were jailed for murders committed during a series of bombings they carried out
So when is Obama going to close GITMO?
Looks like it’s the same guy who helped Obama overthrow Gadhafi:
“Gitmo alumnus, two other Islamists at head of Libyas rebellion?”
New information on Libya attack ping.
Hey!! did you hear what Romney said??
Forget about this, like clinton said after the first TT attack. from a speech in NJ.
I’ve been asking that since he got elected.
If youd like to be on or off, please FR mail me.
Sad. You'd think we'd have kept tabs on what he's doing

What is Ansar al-Sharia?
by Matthew DeLuca Sep 12, 2012 7:50 PM EDT
The gunmen believed to have killed the U.S. ambassador to Libya are thought to be linked to a group called Ansar al-Sharia. The Daily Beast sorts out what we know.
“in Libya, including the shadowy Ansar al-Sharia in Darnah (ASD), led by former Guantanamo Bay inmate Abu Sufyan bin Qumu.”

. DARNAH, Libya For more than five years, Abu Sufian Ibrahim Ahmed Hamuda bin Qumu was a prisoner at the Guantánamo Bay prison, judged a probable member of Al Qaeda by the analysts there. They concluded in a newly disclosed 2005 assessment that his release would represent a medium to high risk, as he is likely to pose a threat to the U.S., its interests and allies.

A Note to Readers: The Background (April 25, 2011)
A Statement by the United States Government (April 25, 2011) Today, Mr. Qumu, 51, is a notable figure in the Libyan rebels fight to oust Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi, reportedly a leader of a ragtag band of fighters known as the Darnah Brigade for his birthplace, this shabby port town of 100,000 people in northeast Libya. The former enemy and prisoner of the United States is now an ally of sorts, a remarkable turnabout resulting from shifting American policies rather than any obvious change in Mr. Qumu. “
It turns out that Abu Sufyan Ibrahim Ahmed Hamuda Bin Qumu, who was released from Guantánamoand into the Libyan governments custodyin 2007, is now a well-known rebel leader. According to the Times.”
OK, so the guy was Al Qaeda. He gets released from Gitmo and subsequently a Libyan jail, then once Obama is in power the US supports him and other Al Qaeda members in a revolt against Khadafi.
Now, having installed these guys in power, they attack and kill the US ambassador. The US ambassador wouldn’t have seen it coming since he too supported these guys.
Holder worked to get a bunch of these people released from Gitmo before he was AG, and he hired a bunch of the lawyers who worked on the same project to work for him at Justice. I wonder if this guy is one of the ones released by their efforts.

Watch and read the report here.
It is an absolutely astounding report!
It’s a sad state of affairs when senior Libyan government officials are more credible than White House spokesmen and US Ambassadors to the UN.
But in order to say “Bush’s fault” they will need to say that he should have stayed in Gitmo, a prison that they were against at the time, and most libs still are.
Yet, Islam has no ability to conceive or manufacture any of these instruments.
They must first buy (or steal) them from the West.
Now we know why the press is psychotic.
With the revolution those prisoners were released and now they’re talking about releasing the Blind Sheikh. So Obama has released all these people by skirting around using congress or any of that.
Club Gitmo musta given him an iPhone too - So’s he could watch the Youtube video he’s supposed to be outraged at.
I can’t help it, this to me makes Obama look like he is undermining the USA, like he is one of the radical Islamist. Valerie Jarrett doesn’t help comfort me any, either. This is too much.
No. He was transferred to a Libyan prison under Bush and released when 0bama helped the muzzyscum and alcada release all the jihadi criminals.
Got a link that shows he was released under Gaddafi?
OK thanks. Obama had nothing to do with his release. They will blame the Libyan transfer on Bush.
Bush didn’t “release” Qumu, he transferred him. LIBYA released him.
” The State Department is FULL of progressives/Communists. No joke.”
It has been for at least 30 years.
sounds like he is tied both 9/11's
No, he just denied it was terrorism related and pretended it was simply a protest over a video
Obama just “transferred” 3000 detainees in Afghanistan - most or many of them no doubt involved in attacks on our troops - to the Afghanis. Any bets on how soon they’ll be back on the battlefield?
(2)They admit hiring British security firm in Benghazi
(3)Name Sufyan Ben Qumu as leader of attack
What the heck is going on?
>BHO didnt release him.
Yes. He. Did. Zero and hillary also funded him and his cabal of terrorists. Zero used our tax dollars to buy the weapons he used to kill our ambassador.
That is exactly why they need be relegated to the 8th century. It isn't a difficult problem to solve. 1) destroy their electricity sources. 2) destroy their weapons. Number 1 takes care of a lot ... Cell phones, computers, communications, Internet, and even a safe water supply requires electricity. A nice accident blamed on Iran, say an EMP blast, is a very effective way to eliminate electricity. After that we can rely on Muslims to fight each other. Self genocide is a deserved punishment for evil.
Nonetheless, in 2007, he was sent from Guantánamo to Libya and released the next year in an amnesty for militants.
Although earlier in the article he states he is afraid and asks to be sent anywhere other than Libya.
Did he pull a brier-rabbit?
The date above is baffling. As is the reported amnesty in the prior article.
No, your hero Zero released him from the Libyan prison and bought his weapons that he used to kill Americans.
Bush released or “transferred” this guy after a lawsuit filed on behalf of Gitmo prisoners...by Eric Holder’s lawfirm.
And the government of Libya with whom the agreement was made has entirely changed since that time, thanks to Obama.
Bush released him from *our* custody and control. I wonder what made Bush feel he could trust that lying, murdering, untrustworty terrorist Ghadaffi? Maybe he looked into his soul....
Any day now surely at the pace of things...
It would not be the first time we have been lied to about a particular time and date. Am confused at this point.
(1) and (3) suggest they plan to pin the blame for this on Bush. But (2) is puzzling.
Well this will help Obama pacify any of his base who are miffed over Gitmo remaining open (if there are any). How conveeeeeenient the slime was released under W. The Blind Sheik will be on Obama’s head.

Not sure exactly what is going on. Waiting on Izzy Dunne for more possible information.
Don’t insult me or lie about me. Zero’s not my “hero.” You can feel free to support American presidents releasing terrorists to Muslim countries in the hopes they’ll be kept in prison there. I’m not stupid so I don’t support it.
> lying, murdering, untrustworty terrorist Ghadaffi? Maybe he looked into his soul....
Gaddafi was 1000x better than what is running Libya now.
Thanks to barry and shrillary their guy killed Americans.
And that sly “soul” shot may sell at the DUmpster but you knew that anyway.
