President Obama’s campaign is recruiting young people active on social media to promote the president’s response to Mitt Romney’s “47 percent” remarks.
The social media campaign is aimed at young people between the ages of 18 and 29 and builds on a new TV ad and radio ad running in swing states that highlights Obama’s stated desire to be “president for all,” a direct response to the video taken of Romney at a private fundraiser in May that was released this week.
Romney told supporters in Florida that his “job is not to worry” about the 47 percent of Americans who don't pay income taxes, are “dependent on the government" and "believe they are victims.” He said those people would never vote for him as president.
In contrast, the Obama campaign said Obama is “for all” Americans.
“’For All’ illustrates the shared values of the president and young Americans across the country: that if we work together, we can continue to move this country forward,” reads a release from the Obama campaign. “Working together, we can continue to restore the strongest middle class the world has ever known — the promise that hard work will pay off, responsibility will be rewarded, and that everyone gets a fair shot, does their fair share and plays by the same rules.”
The campaign is asking supporters to snap a picture of their pose on Instagram and tweet to submit using one of the suggested hashtags: #forall, #obama2012, #campaigntrail, #opendoors2012, #dnc2012, or just tweet the president’s account @BarackObama.
The campaign has already posted a variety of photos featuring supporters with words like “hope” and “equality” written on the hand over their heart. Photos shared by the campaign feature the new “For all” logo in the lower right corner. Actors Scarlett Johansson and Jared Leto, who both attended the Democratic National Convention, and Obama campaign manager Jim Messina have both shared their pro-Obama pose.
So, if you start seeing images in news stories with celebrities with writing on their hands you'll know it's all about getting Obama re-elected.

Oh? I thought The Evil Rich are only good for milking tax money out of. His campaign has decided not to go after the White male vote, according to the newspapers this summer. Why hasn’t the Romney campaign pointed this out?
So happy that obamma has finally brought the youth vote into the equation. Remember how he totally ignored them last time? Wait a second, it was the youths who were passing out and crying whenever the ‘’chair’’ opened his mouth.
He's taking a crack at the young sucker vote.
Anyone who's been paying attention the last 4 years would know better, even if they only watched CNN.
If they changed that to “Free For All” - I’d believe it then.
This is the new “Hope and Change”.
If everything was going swimmingly for the Obama campaign why this new celebrity inspired effort to hit up the youth vote?
You’d think that was signed sealed and delivered and that Obama could be focusing on voting blocs he’s vulnerable with.
Kind of like him coming to Milwaukee this weekend...if everything was going well why make the effort?
As if a bunch of million dollar marxists have the “youth vote”’s interests at heart.
Viral scampaign that means nothing “For All”. Liberty? Justice? Property rights? Nope, unh uh, nada.
Barry is screwing over young America. Remember he wants to continue floating trillions of dollars of debt (passing it along to future generations of wage slaves).

Meanwhile, where are the jobs? We havemore long-term unemployed, and fewer people working than when Obama took office. Labor force participation has plummeted, College grads cant find the jobs they need. We have had more months of 8+% unemployment than under the previous 10 Presidents COMBINED.

Yes, we lost millions of high-paying jobs, and have replaced them with McJobs, so that even Obama’s horrible raw jobs numbers, a new LOSS of -300,000 over his term, it masks the real crisis: Millions of middle-class jobs lost, and no real economic momentum under Obama to get it back.
GDP growth was only 1.7% last quarter. Growth is worse now than last year. meanwhile, Obama has presided over trillion dollar deficits every year.
Obama has the worst economic record of any president since Hoover.
