In remarks this morning to the Clinton Global Initiative, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton proposed a radical idea: a global tax on elites around the world.
"One of the issues that I have been preaching about around the world is collecting taxes in an equitable manner, especially from the elites in every country," Clinton said to laughter from the audience. "You know I’m out of American politics, but – (applause) – it is a fact that around the world, the elites of every country are making money."
Clinton continued her rift on the rich. "There are rich people everywhere. And yet they do not contribute to the growth of their own countries."
The secretary of state suggested that the rich around the world do not give back to their communities. "They don’t invest in public schools, in public hospitals, in other kinds of development internally," said Clinton.
She continued, saying that it is up to foreign leaders to make the change. "And so it means for leaders telling powerful people things they don’t want to hear," Clinton said.
"It means being transparent about budgets and revenues and bringing corruption to light. And when that happens, we shouldn’t punish countries for uncovering corruption. We should reward them for doing so. And it means putting in place regulations designed to attract and protect investment."

This is doubtless, the BIGGEST lie I ever heard from a Clinton. It is actually the biggest whopper I ever heard of, hands down.
I am not rich. I am retired on Soc Sec.
I pay over 50% of MY property taxes for the local schools.
I AM INVESTING in my local schools & I NEVER had a child.
It is totally dishonest to say that ‘elites’ don’t invest in hospitals & schools.
I don’t know how a Democrat can keep saying such lies with a straight face.
She's running for president of the US, though I've come to wonder if she's actually setting her sights on Secretary-General of the UN. That's why the SoS gig, and meeting with the world leaders after Obama's UN speech while he goes and plays on The View, etc.
But guaranteed - she's plotting, scheming and running for something, and whatever it is, is her next idea about how to be the one to hold the entire world in her fist and squeeze it into a concentration-death camp until it pops.
That's Hillary. That's always been Hillary, and that always will be Hillary. Anyone who doesn't comprehend what she's really all about, at this point in history, is either a fool or a liar. Compared to her, Obama is a mere smudge of paint on the Marxism train as it rushes by. Valerie Jarret runs Obama, and The Machine runs Jarret. But Hillary - Hillary is choking trying to swallow The Machine, the planet Earth, and this sector of the galaxy while simultaneously shrieking "mine, mine, all mine!"

I am one of the few freepers who was not rooting for that (w)itch to beat Obama in the primary, she’s just as bad and more competent than Mr. Teleprompter. She and Bill always seemed to have global governance fantasies.
When every (d)ucking country stops wasting and misusing tax dollars maybe people won’t mind paying taxes as much. Why would rich people in this country want to pay taxes to be funnelled to Obama’s green jobs cronies and why would rich people in Europe want to pay taxes to feed and house Muslim immigrants who hate everything their countries stand for (except for the free stuff!)?

I don’t see much difference. Obama is a stooge for smart evil left wingers.....a puppet if you will. Hillary is smart enough to do her own evil without supervision.
The trouble is that (until there is no more money to waste), they actively look for new ways to spend/borrow, and that includes the GOP.
What is in the future for the trillion owed in student loans? Hey, how about a bailout/amnesty for that? We need those votes!

As many point out here, he automatic delayed defense cuts were done in the most illogical way, across the board and equal rather than cutting out crap.
But even since the Budget control act no one not even those in the GOP, no not even the budget wizard Ryan, offered up rational logical defense cuts to replace the automatic ones. Both sides claim they expect the other to universally disarm.

Well I was neutral but it seemed like this place was Hilary central, for whatever reason, even it was only to draw out the race. To this day some people thinks Obama is so much worse. Wrong, the Clintons are pure evil as well.
