Skewed polls indicate Obama's in trouble - not Romney

Naturally, if you support Obama and are treated every day to wall-to-wall news headlines showing Obama so far ahead of Romney in the polls that the election is basically over, then you're less likely to go out of your way to vote in November. So there's a really fine line between turning out your voters and turning off your voters when using polling data like this.

The MSM is like the propaganda machine in IRAQ during the last month of Saddam Hussein’s reign. I remember listening to the Interior Minister tell us that the Republican Guard were successfully repelling the American troops and on a split screen the American troops were walking into Baghdad.

The MSM is selling a paper tiger being torn to shreds during what is in essence Obama’s last month as president. Remember last week how we were told the killing of the ambassador to Libya was not a terrorist plot? Then a week later the MSM reported it was a terrorist plot. The point is that they can only lie and the alternative press was powerful enough to make them fess up. The same goes with these polls.

President Romney will be our next challenge to make him do what he promised. That will be the real challenge.

What may depress the turnout even more is this over confidence. Remember when Scott Brown won his senate seat? His opponent Martha Coakley was so confident that she would inherit Kennedy’s seat that she did not even campaign. She was sooooooo confident. I strongly suspect the democrats are so over confident that the rank and file idiots will start partying and won’t bother voting just like Martha Cokley.

Whether or not Obama is ahead or behind, Fur Shur both parties are in full tilt in VIrginia looking for every vote in what is probably the tightest race on the planet in 50 years.

Today Romney actually came around my neighborhood looking for my vote. He even went to the Legion post down the road ~ and that is less than 2 blocs from Garfield School where I vote!

Obama didn't get that close yet but he did go into furthest Woodbridge to an outdoor stadium and actually drew a crowd. This is within a half mile of the Salvadoran legation!

They're big time around here yo!

So my vision of both these guys trying to importune me as I walk into the poll at Garfield school may well come true ~ think of it as a nightmare ~ that a FReeper has the key and critical vote and whichever way he casts it that guy is going to win.

It's coming!@

Wish I could be this confident. I think Romney still has a lot of work to do.

Thoughtful commentary about how he might do it is here:

I live in Kansas City, and I don’t see many 0bama or Romney bumper stickers or yard signs. probably see more 0bama yard signs in nice neighborhoods than anywhere, but not many even there. went through the ghetto recently, and there were few 0bama yard signs. seiu has to pay ‘em $11 an hour to get them fired up in protests. So, I don’t think many are excited about 0bama or Romney, but there’s a lot more dislike for 0bama than Romney....visceral dislike, @ that.

I don’t get TV reception where I live so I never watch TV. But yesterday I was waiting in line at the IRS office and there was a TV monitor on with no sound. I saw Romney talking for the first time. He didn’t look good. I didn’t know what he was saying but his face said to me he is weak and has no confidence. And for some stupid reason he was wearing a striped shirt with no tie. That is just dumb.

He expects lower turnout than what Obama had in 2008.

Republicans are very excited about voting in Nov.

We just know there is no reason to make a lot of noise about it.

I was mostly referring to the manipulation of public opinion.
Today’s Commie media, and education system, no longer even try to hide their bias.

Probably because it is close and will be close on election night. Until recently I was thinking there’s no way Obama will even come close. I thought it would be a landslide victory for Romney. But, now I don’t think so anymore. Romney just is not projecting confidence. Obama is.

A president should be wearing a solid white, off-white, or other light-colored shirt with a dark colored tie. I’m confused why anyone needs to be told this.

Then the question is — why is the media so much in the tank for Obama? Why are pollsters doctoring the poll results, to make it seem that Obama is more popular than he really is????

When Owebama looses voter fraud will be alleged and the marxist will take to the street to keep Owebama in office. Areas of large cities will burn. Owebama could then declare a natal emergency and take over. Who would stop him?

More smart people hate the HOMOPOTUS than are “undecided” about Romney.

If they ARE “undecided”, they are traitors, IMHO.

(and, hey...I liked Newt, too. But, as Levin said, “I’d vote for an empty soda can over Obama.”)
