Well, at least he is still below the magic 50%.

Yeah.. very odd that Team RR had bad polling days this week during the work week.

Even the Daily Tracking poll by UnskewedPolls has shown a real tightening this week. It went from Team RR being +12 to just +3 in one day (of course, now that does speak negatively to their sampling to have such wild swings!)

I think all the stupid talk, even by GOP idiots, about the “inevitability” of Obama’s win, or how “badly” Romney is doing in polls becomes self-fulfilling at some point.

For some reason the guy who does the unskewed data changed his formula. He was using R+4. And went to D+0.5 - based on Rasmussen data. So maybe Ramussen changed his party id. Which would explain this as well.

We need to be realistic if Rasmussen’s numbers start turning against us.

Obama gained a point. Not Good! I am still trying to figure out what Romney is doing. I guess Wednesday Night is going to be his true test. He better hit it out of the park. Everyone said that McCain won all the debates last round but now they are saying he was an awful candidate. You could not see anyone saying he was an awful candidate until after the loss. I hope Romney is not following the same path. If Romney loses this election, we must listen to ME in 2016 and pick a 100 percent overly conservative Republican like Santorum or Bachmann. No more of the crap that they are out of touch....Obviously the liberal Republicans that are chosen are out of touch. America wants a CONSERVATIVE!!!! They don't want a fake Republican.

Hmmm....I'm I reading this right?....

48 + 46 + 3 + 4 = 101....not 100%

Which one of those numbers is improperly rounded up?

Not looking good for Romney, Obama is within a point of 50%, and this is from the Pollster we trust the most.

I agree. If Rasmussen sees it going Obama’s way, I believe it. I think all the other polls are heavily skewed with bogus samples. But the trend is clearly with Obama.

But it’s hard to fathom given the economic data and real scandal with Libya. It makes no sense at all. You can’t point to anything and say, “that’s why Obama is bumping up.”

Other than the corrupt media coverage.

I agree with you. The thing that concerns me thought is that I’m not sure that any Obama supporters would change their support right now if Romney were simply more conservative.

Sadly, that maybe the reason for it... Not much hope when media is so corrupt.

We shall see what the final outcome is.

I still find it hard to believe, based on fairly extensive anecdotal data (I travel all over the country on business) that Obama is ahead.

In 2008 when I was doing the same travels, I could hardly get any body in SFO or NYC or ORD to even acknowledge the Republican ticket

Now, those very same people say that they will never vote for Obama.

We shall see....maybe they are lying.. maybe the pollsters are lying.. maybe my gut is lying.. maybe I have accidently moved to a Bizzaro Universe where someone actually believes Obama

I don’t have a lot of hope for debates. Even if Romney kills it, the media will spin it that Obama won. Look at the pummeling Romney took on the mideast thing when he was RIGHT.

Romney has to pick up the commercials and NOW. I’m always left saying - “where’s the punch line”? “Where’s the rest of it”? The commercials aren’t even giving me a reason to vote for him and I’m supporting him.

If Obama wins, I’m done working my A** off for a bunch of illiterate free loaders like the cell phone woman.

Not much hope for kids in the future as they will be saddled with 60 to 70% effective tax rates..
