Just this evening I was thinking about the Benghazi incident. We are blamed for a video causing the uprising by our administration and these same people, even though it took awhile after 9/11/01, blamed us for that also. Incredible we have these types in our land.
First of all you're an idiot for not even noticing that the quote makes no sense. That's why I was looking for context.

The bracketed section, in particular, does not make the quote clearer, it makes it less clear. The attacks themselves are cultural affronts?!? What the hell does that mean? The attacks were insensitive? To who? It's a nonsense quote.
I think the idiot general may be trying to say that the attacks are the RESULT of perceived cultural attacks. Which is a completely inflammatory and inaccurate statement, if he actually meant that.
Before I attack the general, I would like to be clearer on what the hell he was trying to say. I want to accurately gauge the level of his idiocy. Being able to read the quote in context would help me do that.
But an intellectually lazy lumox wouldn't even notice the problem with the general's mangled quote. Such a dwarfish mind would actually brag about his own inability to muster any intellectual curiosity and question a person who asks for higher standards in journalism.
Send those "top officials" to Afghanistan to show our troops how it's done.
Why the absolute secrecy over the identity of these "top officials", when the same statist media happily give up name, address, GPS coordinates, Google maps, and photos of everyone even remotely related to someone being investigated for "islamophobia"? The American people have a right to know names and addresses, too.
How about the full media anti-secrecy treatment for all these "reporters" who get their names published in the byline? Let a couple of them get spammed across the internetz using the public source information about their lives. See how willing they'll be to take a "secrecy bullet" for some pogue in the Pentagon.

The way you stop this is you create an unfavorable math equation. For every American Casualty you create 10,000 enemy casualties. 2:1 or 4:1 or 10: 1 or 30: 1 don’t hack it.
How you get to those numbers? By accident. An accidental truck full of explosives blows up accidentally blows up a Pakistani Dam. A plane crashes in Pakistan and wipes out an airport....pretty soon Pakistan does the math and stops allowing the Taliban access to the border.
