The security lapses in Benghazi that led to the death of Ambassador Stevens and three other Americans trace back to security decisions made in Washington. That's the message of a letter Rep. Darrell Issa sent to Secretary Clinton Tuesday.

The question to which I was responding was regarding the sexual orientation of the Ambassador. Given all the information the family has listed, no wife comes into the picture. Yet the family (and presumably the Ambassador) are apparently all from San Francisco.
So, we’re left with a lifetime bachelor from San Francisco.
Now, he was probably an excellent guy, and it is a horror what happened to him on 0bama’s watch. But among other failures, mightn’t it have been the better part of wisdom not to send a (probably) gay guy to an Islamofascist training area?
Just sayin’......
One of the Libyan officials said that Stevens was a Muslim.
London TV also reported that Stevens was muslim.
It’s been well known for people to be both.

I keep wondering if an imminent attack in Benghazi was meant to be the spark that would give Obama an excuse for a rally behind the president “October Surprise”. The ambassador was probably just suppose to be kidnapped and held for ransom. Then Obama would decisively order the Marines or Seal Team 6 to rescue him and his people. But the Obama’s well paid Muzzie pals got carried away... didn’t follow the script and killed the Ambassador and his men instead. Just another totally botched evil plan.

I agree with you!! I think it was planned up until Woods and Doherty stayed behind (instead of being escorted to safety) to save Stevens. They could’ve come armed and the “terrorist” killed them all and burned the evidence. But now our marines are on the ground in Libya so we might as well send them to Syria for ground support.
Of course, Nancy Pelosi is blaming it on the Republicans in the House who she says "withheld $300 million in funds for Libya which would have provided for enhanced security around the Benghazi consulate. When Blitzer asked if she thought Republican calls for an investigation into the incident in Benghazi were political in nature, Pelosi replied “One might suspect that.”

stevens was possibly a queer CIA operator that personally smuggled heavy weapons to the Libyans to off the wacky colonel...he trusted his masters to protect him...
