The next debate isn't foreign policy, it's a "Town Hall" where a collection of undecided idiots selected by Gallup ask the questions on either foreign or domestic policy.
If there isn't some effort to prioritize foreign policy questions or ask for half domestic and half foreign questions, I'd be very surprised if it isn't 90%+, or even 100%, domestic, and the entire debate could go by without Libya being asked about.
Your average "undecided" nitwit doesn't have the slightest interest in foreign policy other than the most simplistic isolationism.
