MSNBC president Phil Griffin spoke to The Hollywood Reporter‘s Marisa Guthrie about his network, and the state of the cable news competition.
Griffin was candid, saying that there is a certain Fox News personality he would love to poach:
THR: Is there an on-air personality on another network that you would like to have? Griffin: Yes. I don’t know if I should say this. [Fox News anchor] Shep Smith. I just like his way. I like everything about him.

Well, this FOX viewer watches around him- not for or in spite of him. I just change the channel until his program is over.

He has had some really funny slipups in the past. I think there are bloopers on youtube. They would like to poach him to increase the number of their viewers. Maybe they have man love for him.
Don't forget Juan Williams, who actually tried to claim Obama won the debate last night and after almost getting laughed off the stage by the other pundits for it, sitting there silently with a sour look on his face sulking for the rest of the discussion.

This is why I find the political Left so completely contemptible. They cannot even be honest with themselves about this. I can respect a difference of opinion, I cannot respect this habitual lying to themselves and everyone else.
