Pretty sure the cabin pressure of AF1 is higher altitude than Denver... This explains an awful many really dumb decisions and statements!

Of course, the stadium WAS filled with 80,000 toked-up children blowing smoke in Obama’s direction in order to increase the air pressure for him.
